Like on controlled, I would hit a 15, and get 15 xp in Attack, Str, and Def.

Basicly all they changed is the numbers you see.

Like if you hit a 200 your basicly hitting a 20 before update. All it is, is the old numbers times by 10.

No this doesn't multiply your xp. For every 10 damage you do now you get 1 xp since everything was multiplied by 10. So if ou hit 200 in controlled it would be 20 xp for each cb melee skill thing lol. but in accurate/agressive/defensive its 4 xp for every 10 damage so a 200 in that would give you 80 xp like hiting a 20 before the update. Get it now?

Jagex is doing this to encourage new players because the noobs were tired of hitting 0s so now they can hit a 2 instead which would usually be .2 or registered as 0, in essence jagex is stabbing its old loyal players in the back in order to get new customers, i canceled my membership today, do the same if you want the to change it back, the only way to get change is by cutting off the money.

dude, what don't you get? Seriously, It's a pretty good update. It doesn't effect in anyway how much xp you get. It will only really matter at really low levels, which are super quick to level up anyway. So by the time you are combat level 20 it won't really matter. Besides, this way they will be able to release constitution potions which raise your constitution lvl without healing you. You could potentially (with cape) have massive hitpoints, up to 1300!

290 = 29 (.0)

etc

As you can see, dropping the end number gives you what you would have hit prior to this update.

While I'm not defending the update, there is no reason to make it more complicated then it really is.
