I just love this advertisement, I see nothing but apple advertising everywhere I go and yet they're complaining that Microsoft over-spend on advertising and too little on fixing Vista problems?

Many users didn't experience problems under Vista and those that did were at the mercy of 3rd parties who needed to provide support for it, not microsoft.

LOL ther are hundreds of Mac commercials and just a few of Windows commercials. I don't think gates had to advertise too much, the best part he did was to release Windows 7 BETA for testing. When he comes up with a newer OS, that's all he will need to do to convince people to upgrade if necessary. Unless he includes a free 4.0 TB hard drive with his new OS, I don't see the need to upgrade from Windows 7 in a few years.

I love my mac. I have an ibook G4 with tiger. 5 years and still running fast. My PC which is the same age is mad slow. Gonna have to get rid of it soon. The great thing about a mac is that when you get one you know its gonna last for several years, unlike PC's.

Well here is the truth. If you have a Mac, you might have an occasional program crash now and then, which can be remedied by the 'force quit' command. I've had a Mac for two years now, and the O/S does not crash. I had XP before this, and it was great too. I still like XP, and also have a computer with Vista, which is has not crashed yet either. The only problem I have with windows, XP or Vista, is slowness, and having to click too much to get things done. Macs are extremely fast, try one.

If you're a smart computer user you wouldn't buy a Mac anyways... just build your own PC (cheaper and better, unless you're an idiot) and then install Linux on it with a dual boot of XP in case you want to play games. It'll destroy any Mac and there's basically no need for antivirus or even a firewall if you really know what you're doing.

Been running Vista for some time now, has never crashed on me. Even when programs crash (not Ms's fault) Vista keeps running and I'm able to just close the program. So I don't know what all this unstable crap is about. Maybe learn to install/maintain PC's correctly and don't go tweak stuff if you don't know what it does.

My AntiVirus takes up about 1/630th of my RAM and such a small amount from my CPU that it doesn't even show.

For example when you see "Acer recommends Windows 7" Micro$oft pays alot for that.
