  • should i be the one to always say this, solar cars are a fail, need to go kinetic electric, it charges as you drive!!!

  • I would have to have the original straight six engine sound, preferably fully race tuned! :¬)

  • The pollution to create solar panels are parallel to nuclear plants pollution, but only investing and researching on it we can make this better. I am sure solar panels are only on baby steps now, but they are moving cars already :)

  • 素晴らしい!カッコイイ!! 欲しい!!!

  • look like a car from the 70s

  • @Neodestro sure.toyota 2000GT 1967-1970 model.

    this is engineer’s hobby car.

  • solar panels for slow recharge, while you can still charge with an electric charging unit made for this purpose at home. Now that's a car i would like to own, no fossil fuel pollution at all, THIS is the future, and i hope it won't be too far away from now!

  • They speak so slow, I find myself reading the same sentence over and over again..

  • its if better they used a bus then they'd have more space to work with on the roof. and would be a more useful vehicle

  • @konic40 Yeah. I find it strange that they chose to design the vehicle to resemble a traditional combustion engine car rather than optimising it for Solar EV.

  • I'd make mine sound like nyan cat whenever I step on the accelerator.. hahaha..

Well, the roof should also have solar panels and if they could make it look better, it would also be a plus..

I like the fact that they stuck to the original interior styling...

    I wonder how this drives?

  • Here... finally... manufacturers have complete control over the drivers experience right down to sound of the engine. (8 cylinder engines and rotary engines are a great example of sound). What distinguishes one sports car from another, is more than looks and number of cylinders... it's the drivers experience. Now... for the first time, manufacturers can manufacture and "perfect" the cars "sound". This is probably the future direction of driving enthusiasts. I am very excited about this future.

  • it would be better if they translated to english so i wouldnt have to read

  • @ronshow100 if one more person asks to for translations so they dont have to read im going to kill someone!! All u have to do is use ur fucking eyes. O the strenuous effort that must take out of u.....how awful...... fuck u pricks

  • @ronshow100 I don't think so. Commentaries are ok. Dubbing is just annoying.

  • somehow sounds like Tron

  • Ah! The power of the Sun. The Aether, ancient and forever new.

  • @stalker7d7 sure thing , but what makes it nice looking in your point of view? It looks 80s or 90s to me

  • that's like mid seventies or something??

  • Toyota should consider changing their designing team :)

  • @MotazAbumathkour I like it, many others like it. Toyota doesn't need to change anything for one sole opinion. (:

  • Shweet...love the way it sounds also...

  • @Midas617 It's a recording lol

  • @Laevi1337 lol,,, now i feel like a winner, haha!!

  • Looks great!

  • Wait for the big corporation like ExxonMobile to kill this idea. I don't think they're going to allow this car to ever reach the consumer like us because that would mean that nobody going to buy oil anymore. Not going to happen.

  • @Jimipedia It is not a threat to oil companies but it is a good step towards more environmentally friendly motoring :o)

  • It's great but I can't see it coming in to production

  • AMAZING

  • 説明に熱い気持ちが入ってるね。

  • CO2 is good.

  • I want to own this car! :-)

  • i just love the last few lines! nice idea

  • great car love the idea. Regards and have a skilful time in the sun. Pinge

  • the world needs this solar cars and electric cars, but stupid greddy people like you put some fucking high prices on this

  • If your goal is to be unrealistic, why not cover most, if not all the car with solar panels? With just the hood alone might take 2 weeks to charge, but what about the roof and sides?

  • something that finally doesn't look like a dildo, good job

  • currently last!

  • first !!!!!!!!!!!!
