the shitty UK version only lasted a couple years. It's because of the US version that people even know that it was started in England.

Hey I love the US version, but have some respect. The UK version is brilliant in its own right. And it only lasted two seasons because it was decided that it would only last two seasons before they started.

Two and a Half men is a great show (I find it hilarious) but its a lot of vulgarity and crude humor and a lot of the jokes are pretty similar.

This was for Season 2: the best season of The Office by far. The only season that I actually watched every week. Having Jim kiss Pam: BIG MISTAKE. Now, the show is below mediocre. Hope they pull out of this rut that has been going on since season 3.

Glad that 2.5 Men got Best Comedy nom's the past 2 years. I didn't really like the show at first, but now it's one of the funniest shows on TV. Season 3 and 4 were outstanding and season 5 is keeping the momentum going. I hope it wins someday.

it was cool to see Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant who created the original British version of The Office in the audience. I guess they should've gone up to accept the award also, but oh well :-)
