Well, I know this song is about a stalker but I can also see hints of maybe a lover who is being very over possessive over her. For example, the line "all your hands on me" seem to suggest that this man already has her under his control.And stalkers just "stalk" from a distance but this man has more control.Besides, I heard that this song could be about her former manager who was physically abusive towards her.The reversed lyrics are crystal clear that those interpretations could be true.

I'm not entirely convinced. Some of what you typed out did sound a lot like the song in reverse, and like deha just said, it does fit the song in normal mode. Also, isn't she married/about to get married? That's what my friend told me...also to what deha said, albums typically do take a long time. Eva did tours, music videos, ect...and System of a Down, for example, had just as long between some of their albums.
