  • you wasted money to make this vid? smh

  • baconator is better

  • those things don't really do a single thing, even when installed correctly.

  • if i had a car that made power, i'd put them on there so everyone would think i had nothing under the hood xD

  • jou moron!!!! bo back to scool

  • you know its supposed to go in the intake right?

  • @Dex036 does it matter lmao those things do absolutely nothing

  • OMG!! it sounds the same without it...

  • gay.

  • BTW EVO MR twin turbo. Somewhere between 1000 and 1100 awhp

  • A turbo engine works by utilizing 2 fans one in one out. The intake is propelled by the exhaust spinning the 2nd fan. The first fan which is drawing air in. Does it at a higher and denser rate thus creating more pressure which actually excites the molecules creating a bigger explosion with less fuel. Translating into more bang for your buck. Or more milage less consumption. This is true of speeds lower than 45mph (I believe) over 45 uses slightly more. This thing is BS it's a restrictor.

  • Comment removed

  • @drnugjoy I think it's supposed to be a joke..

  • That doesn't really work, that actually adds restriction to the amount of air that is going into the engine. because now the airflow has to work harder to spin the fan blades and then go into the engine. the airflow is spinning the fan at the same speed it would of gone into the engine without the fan. it doesn't increase the airflow into the engine. nice ass car though. give you props on that. if you want power though, you gotta lighten it up. those srt's already got the power just weight a lot

  • some nice ricer maths :)

  • mexicans always buy the dumest car shit

  • @zxsk8zx At least we can afford a SRT8 Charger

  • @mrrokoso hahahahaha really it looks like you got it out of a cerial box lol

  • @mrrokoso and your stupid enough to buy one

  • @jbreen007 No because american cars are shit ;)

  • aaaaannnnd the demog for FF6 is secure...

  • 0:14 dat nigga spinnin

  • Fart through it... Dat DAT Turbonator hear dat sound???? Dat dat turbonator maaaaaaaaaaynnn

  • love this vid mocking it !

  • Whats really funny is everyone taking the video seriously and the person who mentioned Honda's/vtec's in the first place. This video is fairly funny. It gave me a chuckle. The comments are even better.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster

Well, you were the high speed fellow who insisted that his Civic was super awesome due to a long list of mods that add no power to a wheezy non VTec D16, which only have a chance of being fast when you add boost, like from a real turbo or super charger.

  • 35hp plus!?!? ahahaha sir you just made my day!

  • Comment removed

  • @Fifress For the record I said 30hp. So I was wrong by 5 or 10 hp... is that really A huge deal? I admit I'm not a genius but I know a few things about cars and engines. + I just heard that it was 30hp from a friend who, to be honest, is a little slow when it comes to car knowledge. I just threw out some numbers to get my point across... Why do you care anyways? I have no hands on experience with vtec systems, just what I read in manuals and on forums or hear from owners.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster you know a little bit about cars but not about engines, otherwise you wouldn't dare to post a video showing a turbonator, wich is actually wrong its writen turbinator...anyways, delete it and stop being a laughing matter on the internet ;)

    P.S. i'm a mechanic

  • @Fifress You were a spelling Nazi on Turbinator/Turbonator but spelled "written" wrong. Maybe if you graduated high school you wouldn't be an immature auto mechanic, posting it up on you tube videos, scrutinizing everyone's engine related comments because you think you are better than everyone else in the world. Now U MAD.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster so sorry words aren't really my strong suit, there's like so many letters, sometimes I even write with the R backwards, go figure...but being the retarded person you think I am, I sure know that the TURBINATORRRR works by pushing the air off your muffler a little bit, at a rate flow of about .00003kg/second, that is .108kg/hour in a car that is probably a ricer that weighs around 2 tons, given the math....it doesn't work, you sir threw 70 bucks away ;)

  • @Fifress why did you comment that to me? I do not own a Turbonator!???! My engine is stock - a header, performance plugs and cold air.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster so you are bailing out like that, off the conversation? coward :S read your coments throughout this page, your inconsistent as fuck, once your car is JDM as fuck, then your car is mostly stock. so your a racing pilot wannabe and dont know shit about cars? good day my ignorant bastard. i'm done wasting my time...

  • @Fifress You are very immature dude. It's Youtube, cool it. I'm not having a death match with you. I'm just sharing knowledge and learning yo. I'm a beginner to performance driving. You could call me a wannabe because I do want to be a racing driver in the future. Everyone has to start somewhere, right? I've had my Civic for a year as a daily driver... of course its still mostly stock. At least I play it legal and am trying to do something enjoyable with my life.

  • @Fifress What kind of car do you drive? Do you do any racing or track driving?

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster i have the only EP82 starlet gt-turbo in portugal, 2 mustangs 67 gt390 and 64 1/2 rare, and daily driver audi a4. I have a 2JZ ke30 corolla for rally, finishing project. so yes.....what does that have to do with anything?

  • @Fifress Jesus, that Corolla will fly. Just wondering. You are bashing my car, I have maybe $1000 to my name and I'm just out of high school. You sound a bit better off at this stage in the game. I would like to build a rally car for Rally Cross. I'm going to start a build soon for a street legal track car first though for auto slalom and time attack/lapping.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster im a college drop out, mechanical engineer, 'im 20...probably in the same age area as you...i'm bashing your idea that a turbonator crap works. it doesn't. I just cant stand ignorant people saying stuff they hear from idiots and telling that its true....you did that, I couldn't be quiet.

  • @Fifress Never in my life have I said that a turbonator or anything of the sort works. You must have read some other persons comment. I do not own a Turbonator. None of my friends own a Turbonator. My car does not have a Turbonator, it never did and it never will. I guess you should go bitch at someone else because I'm not mechanically retarded. I can put together a car, probably, just as well as you can. I've been working on cars my whole life from 454 rat's to 1.6 4 bangers.

  • @Fifress If you weren't so ignorant we could probably have a lengthy car related conversation In which I would not sound like an idiot. I'm in the car scene here man. Shop owners and race car drivers know me by name and help me out. I don't think they would be so welcoming if I was an idiot. Fuck, I did trouble shooting on a damn Porsche and got it up and running with parts off a bicycle on track day, I had never seen a real Porsche engine in my life before then... Is that idiotic!?

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster lengthy car conversation? wtf? im not gay nor desperate dude, your atitude is idiotic....the comebacks...you dont need to prove yourself, fuck this i'm out

  • @Fifress lol you're fucked.

  • What's more of a joke is all you saps arguing about petty civic shit.

  • nothing difference !!

  • C

    H

    A

    R

    G

    ER

I wish i had money to put into my supra

  • -35hp? kkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • XD bwahahaha. Buy this turbonator on ebay guaranteed 1+ horse power!!!! while your at it buy the chip that adds 65+ horsepower!!!!!!!!!! -_- its a joke people.

  • tiger roaring

  • It sounds the same to me, with or without that fan thingy.

  • 0:14

  • Amazing! the fan seems to spin when it's put in the exhaust, how do you do that?!?!?!

  • Comment removed

  • Its not a Civic!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @lovemyassalot its an srt-8 charger. please do not speak unless spoken too anymore. that is all

  • @lovemyassalot and by ignorance

  • I heard you can put as many as you want on your car and they all work.

  • @MazzaFiveOneFour +400hp bonus stat mod when used in conjunction with a fake purge kit

  • @marcoze I wasn't even counting that... So my bicycle is at like 800hp now. I think it's time for a big ass irony board spoiler on the back.

  • @MazzaFiveOneFour the spoiler is only activated when used in conjunction with a milk crate basket modded with your old 8 D battery boombox.

  • @marcoze Are you saying that multiple decals and a empty bottle of NOS would increase my downforce? If so, than I'm doing great work with my vehicle.

  • @MazzaFiveOneFour not only increase your down force/john force, but also prolong the life of your vehicle exponentially. 'Twas once said that a vehicles life was extended 1 month for every square inch of decal applied to your vehicle.

  • @marcoze Oh ok, because I know this 16 year old kid near my house shoots flames from his civic and it sounds like popcorn when he revs. It must be the decals and how well maintained his old civic is.

  • @MazzaFiveOneFour most likely. that, and his obvious years and years of tuning experience allow him to over jet his gas pedal for that perfect air fuel ratio. Your car is never properly tuned until final combustion happens at the tailpipe seeing as how the tailpipe pushes the car down the road.

  • stupid!

  • turdanator?

  • what a shit;) 35HP i buy it...;)

  • mdwholesalecom/Mythbusters_Turbonator.html<<< the info u need!!!

  • even tho those things dont do shit, they would look pretty sick if you actually put it on your exhause

  • I put 10 of those terminators on my car and it sounds like arnold schwarzenegger on steroids when I floor it. And it gave my car ten thousand horsepower

  • 5000 hp car Turbinators everywhere Hahahahahaha YEA BUDDY

  • estupidos

  • mmmm v8

  • whoaaaa. incredible. does this small aparatus give 35 hp efficient power? I mean 35 hp to a 100 hp car and 35 hp to a 500 hp car? if yes I'll divide the exhaust system to 4. so I'll be able to use 4turbonators at the same time. 140 hp clean power.

wowowoooowww. I'll make my own 5000 hp drag car. turbonators everywhere.

  • Thats a charger dumbdumb

  • bully shit

  • Fart Can + Turbinator = TOTAL STREET DOMINATION!

  • wow a civic with a srt-8 emblem thats really weird!!!!!!!!!!!!! that turbonator must work real good!!!!... NOT

  • key low? isnt it suppose to be low key?

  • XD don't need 8 cylinders...get the job done with 4. XD

  • People need to realize they are joking... Turbonator is a piece of crap and doesn't do anything for horsepower.. hell i might recommend it by having it ON the muffler just for looks.

  • @gattler It's not made for your muffler. They go inside your intake.

  • @FloydRoseDiscovery no shit, bro i was being sarcastic if you didn't notice..

I STILL would put it on my muffler! lol

  • @gattler lmfao putting on the muffler would only have the exact same effect as putting on the intake, just slow the flow lol. The best place for the turbonator is the garbage pal. lol

  • wow you guys are idiots. these go in the air intake. they dont even work. they block airflow. they are not turbo chargers. they dont do anything but REDUCE horsepower. research before you get scammed again...

  • cant believe a civic sounds like that just from a turbonator!

  • @mxrc703

not a civic. lookd more like a charger. a civic would never sound like that

  • @alkomist12 he is jokeing bro LOL people on youtube take everything seriously

  • @alkomist12 well for one, show me a civic with a hemi XD

  • @mxrc703 its an SRT-4.......

  • @mxrc703 dont...cuz it doesnt lol

  • @mxrc703 it says srt-8 you fucking ham.

  • @mxrc703 too bad thats not a civic, try a charger, hence 6.1 hemi...

  • @DMCisMe1 Too bad he was obviously joking. Try thinking.

  • @mxrc703

A CIVIC? Did you see the car's rear? its a CHARGER V8 unlike you and your POS's CIVICs that NEED VTEC TO Win a RACE otherwise youll CRY LIKE A BITCH.

  • @lethalphoenix You do realize most cars have a variable valve timing system or something that essentially reaches the same end, right?

  • @lethalphoenix lol you are very ignorant I see. go on hating I won't say anything. if I see you on the street I'll let my "slow" civic do the taking. lol at whoever said this was a civic though

  • Comment removed

  • The vtec was designed for fuel efficiency, using the small cam lobes to increase fuel efficiency under regular driving conditions and the larger ones for the benefit of an extra 30+horse power when you need it at the expense of higher fuel consumption.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster Wrong actually, the first hemispherical combustion chamber engine was by the "Pipe" company at the turn of the century in Belgium.

  • Comment removed

  • @birdmankustomz666 Ok professor Wikipedia.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster Actually that information came from a very well written set of automotive encyclopedias from the early 70s, which focused on vehicles and companies from the turn of the century.

  • @birdmankustomz666 Ok professor encyclopedia.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster god forbid I know something.

  • @birdmankustomz666 Dude, lighten up. I'm just joking with you. God forbid I have a sense of humor.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster actually ferrari sold v tec to honda

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @MannyFresh1x Honda using Ferrari shit aint all that bad. Thats like Dodge using Lambo V10's for the Viper. However, I have researched vtec in the past and found that it was invented in Japan by Honda engineers. Whether or not the engineers had worked on Ferrari in the past I don't know, but the vtec system was developed for Honda by Honda.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster

Yeah im mad that fuck retards that drive ordinary hondas think they are fast when infact that huge ass spoiler, those amount of stickers, being lowered and swerving in and out of traffic does nothing but make you look like a RICER. GTFO ->

  • @lethalphoenix My 98 Civic Hatch is mostly stock. 1.6 non vtec, Full racing exhaust and 4-2-1 header (soon to be changed to just regular exhaust with si header and 09 Civic muffler.) A heavier shift knob, short shift lever, lighter BMW aluminum rims, NGK iridium plugs, short arm Ractive cold air intake in the summer, Civic EK9 (Type R) lip, Acura EL cluster, and black housing headlights. It has a few stickers. One is the name of my local track across my rear window.

  • @DevonatorMetalMaster

L O L at you Sir. You define " RICE " Lets see...from all the shit you posted, I only see two " mods " which is the header and intake. LOL, NGK PLUGS! SO MUCH POWER! I need to share this with my other people in the forums. theyll be laughing soon.

  • @lethalphoenix I do not define rice. Hondas are supposed to have NGK plugs. It's whats recommended to be used... How is that rice? Yes there are only a few mods which is why I said my car is MOSTLY STOCK.

  • @lethalphoenix I'm on the "forums". I auto slalom my car. It will be track ready by next season. Full Teg brake swap and gutted interior, EBC pads + this exhaust system I have been talking about. I'll be getting a lapping license as well. So_Not_JDM is my screen name...even though my car is JDM as fuck.

  • @lethalphoenix I guarantee a ricer would not start from the ground up ie breaks, venting, weight reduction, safety equipment. A typical ricer will attack (quite literally) the body and engine first.

  • @lethalphoenix I even swapped out my cold air for the Canadian winter and changed to the recommended winter oil as mentioned in the owners manual. Is that shit considered rice?

  • @@lethalphoenix I'll also be investing in a set of Track tires, strut tower bracing, smaller "racing" steering wheel, tow hooks(because I'm still a beginner! and even the best go off track sometime), racing grade brake fluid and probably a performance seat with a 5 or 6 point harness(because the stock ones don't hold my ass in place) I'll try EBC yellow Stuff pads on the stock Civ breaks before I go Teg. That plus the interior and exhaust I mentioned... Should be a decent ride.

  • @lethalphoenix Hopefully I wont have to build an oil cooler. The temperatures don't get too high here in Atlantic Canada. I have all the vents opened up in the grille, under the bumper has a scoop to cool the pan and I prop the back of the hood on race days for extra cooling. On that topic I also remove the dust shields off the breaks for better cooling. 2 laps on our track, brake fluid boils and stock pads turn to dust.

  • ghetto people are so stupid lol

  • the turbonator is made to go

    in the intake.

  • Hi Guy, Cool Video, and love the sound, but I cant figure it, is the terminator helping to make the deep roar off the engine ?, Would my old merc 190 sound like that with one installed at the air intake ?

    thanks guy.

    Thom in Scotland.

  • @fuelban The Turbonator has absolutely NOTHING to do with the sound...as you can tell when he removed it from the exhaust. That has more to do with the exhaust system...exhaust manifold, mufflers, etc. I personally place no faith in these gizmos whatsoever...and 35hp??? Yeah, they are smoking the good stuff to think that they would get anything resembling THAT! LOL!!

  • @fuelban these things wont do anything to your car mate, they are just cheap bits of 'magic' plastic which people make thousands from, if you want a nice sound to your car id slap a decent induction kit (pipercross, powertec, r-power) dont buy K&N though, they are bollocks and you lose power rather than gain it, after a decent induction kit, get a straight through, de-cat exhaust system, after this you will have a nice sound to your car.

  • @fuelban or if your the type of person that doesnt like spending money, go out to the shed, grab a screwdriver and ram it through the back box a few times lol

  • @TAppo2k9 , LOL.... Never met a Scots man yet that liked parting with money LOL. the screwdriver option sounds good to me....

    Thom.

  • @fuelban its a joke those things do nothing....

  • @LedZepp42O Yeh I Know it now, "But I think that's what confused me at the time", I couldn't figure out what they were supposed to do... does that make sense !!! LOL..

  • @LedZepp42O In short ..... I couldn't see the "Wood" For the "Tree's"...

  • i like ...... =D

  • Hahahaha, I'm going to stick one of those in my CSRT4's exhaust just for shits and giggles.
