I am wondering how you are doing now? I had shoulder reconstruction in 1979 and now again in 2007 on the same shoulder. I was much younger then...but also feel I will handle this surgery well. I hope you are better from yours as it has been now 7 months. Be well...

i'm ok...it hasn't come out again, but i didn't do physical therapy for the proper amount of time...and so the joint is still really tight and causes back pain sometimes. i worry that may cause problems later, but it's ok for now.
