well according to what i heard you say that you only came up with the idea of Youtube you did not Program it therefore you are not the inventor merely a suggestion to the inventors (The people you accuse of stealing) they invented youtube you invented the idea of youtube that is an entirely different concept and i don't mean to rain on your parade but legally with no proof what so ever they don't owe you a penny that's why they cannot and wont own up to the idea or fact of this being true.
Shut ur mouths. Who said he is a public speaker? NO ONE. Did you see when the CEO of apple was showing the new i-phone? he stumbled, rambled, and fudged his way through it. SHUT IT. Jealous people try to downgrade those who were innovative...don't be jealous, make something better you retards.
I agree on the apology. If what you say is true (I cannot take a definitive side since I have not seen their side of the argument only footage of them claiming it as their own).
Sadly, though, "if it isn't written, it isn't real" stands out clearly in my head on this.
Yes, I can see that as well. I haven't met them so I can't make a good judgement. I've only seen the few videos on their page and that is it. If I knew them in person, I'd most likely know instantly (I'm great at reading faces in person).
Either way, it sucks that you can't do anything about it. I would feel the same way, but I guess my pragmatic mindset tells me to move on with it.
I'm trying to tie up loose ends with it, and raise awareness of the horrible schism between those who claim to have invented things, and the truth. America needs to put a system in place that deals with this issue (which dates back to Edison and earlier!). This website is not a new lightbulb, but it was a good marketing plan. Oh well. I hope one day I get an apology from these knuckleheads.
If you watch them, their "Umms" and stuttering is a sure sign of nervousness. I exhibit the same thing myself, it's common. I'm not stating anything about your integrity or honesty here, just pointing out my own thoughts. They could very well be nervous BECAUSE of what you say (emphasis, not anger on that caps).
If you listen to Chad's subvocalizations, he mentions my name and makes an erroneous claim that Flash video was available "since 1997" (which is the year I developed the plan for YouTube as a brand). If you look at his microexpression, it looks like utter fear, not just nervousness.
I can't say you did or didn't come up with the idea. But without written statement about it, you have no ground. It's a cutthroat world out there, mate. This happens every day to everyone, you just got the raw end due to this being a huge company and a massive success now.
A side note: These "lying" signs that you keep pointing out, by looking at just a few of their other videos, it seems they have trouble talking (such as I have). They are always nervous when the camera is rolling by the looks.
Do a search for "NLP eye accessing cues". You'll find a chart that shows, theoretically what type of information a person is thinking about and whether they are remembering it or creating it. Shifting eyes doesn't mean they are necessarily lying, so that's not convincing in and of itself and if Steve is right handed, the NLP theory indicates he's could just be remembering. If he's left handed, the NLP theory says he might be making it up.
Yeah, but how do you know it's not contrived: you know, they acted it out before they showed up to these places. They were repeating MY words, parroting me. What about the evasion tactic? Or Chad's spluttering?
* Fewer first-person pronouns. Liars avoid statements of ownership, distance themselves from their stories and avoid taking responsibility for their behavior
*More negative emotion words, such as hate, worthless and sad. Liars, notes Pennebaker, are generally more anxious and sometimes feel guilty.
* Fewer exclusionary words, such as except, but or nor--words that indicate that writers distinguish what they did from what they did not do. Liars seem to have a problem with this complexity
Because these two people sold out, I will never get a shot at having a decent number of subscribers. Never.

Apparently Steve is looking toward "Aid - Auditory digital" NLP queue, but it's really in the direction of Chad, but down.
