  • I didn't realize Jane had moved to the ipad app - that's fabulous. Will give the wilted cabbage a go - thanks.

  • Love Jane's work! Just recently downloaded her OMG 2nd book as an Ipad App - how great is technology when I can carry Jane with me from room to room :-)

    I've often used caulifower as rice substitute, but I don't bother heating it first, simply grate the heads on a normal cheese grater and it is ready to stir fry or steam!

    I also use wilted cabbage (red or savoy) as a pasta substitute - simply slice thinly (love my V slicer) then wilt with a knob of REAL butter - yum.
