It's funny how republicans cry about Obama's birth certificate, yet in 2004 leading republicans including Senator Jim Inhofe tried to pass the "Natural Born Citizen Act (S.2128)" which would allow anyone who was adopted by US parents, prior to their 18th birthday to be eligible to be president of the United States regardless of the country they were born in. At the time they had their eyes on sweet Arnold as the next president. Crap like this is why I'm now a independent. It's all a big joke.

Only a "Natural Borm Citizen" who is a citizen of the U.S. born of Two not "one" but "TWO" citizen parents. Obama's father was not a citizen. The Constitution is the SUPREME LAW OF THE NATION and superior to all other laws. Especially those that violate it. Hence Unconstitutional. It states clearly - Every Bill passed by the House and Senate, shall, be presented to the President before it becomes a Law; If he approves he shall sign it, but if not he will return it to congress and the congress shall proceed to reconsider it. If 2/3 of the House and Senate agree and passes the Bill over the president's veto then it shall become a Law. It is YOU who does not know the Constitution.

Then the Constitution, as quoted above, says the bill, if not signed by the president, "shall be a law, in like manner as if he had signed it". It doesn't get any simpler. If the president is NOT bonafide then the system cannot legally pass bills into law. The process as outlined in the Constitution cannot be followed. The Congress cannot make law without a valid president who is 1 third the government. As you have said, "It doesn't get any simpler". Can you not understand simple logic?

No one of standing in the parties changed Obama and here we are today. The Constitution states Natural Born, historical definition is a person born of 2 parents who are US citizens.
