That handle is connected to cylynder (sorry, can't find right word for it), which touches strings. Usually this cylinder is covered by rosin, but sound is sharp because of it... So, are you using rosin, or something else?
Or it's some electronic device, which makes sound smooth?
Matthias your supposed to "crank" the instrument. You make me crazy with how good you are, and now you aren't even cranking the instrument. I hope that someday we can get you back to California to teach a class.
