  • Hello there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father got beautiful Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.

  • It actually looks fun because they're jumping around. This is so much better than getting on the floor and doing old crunches for nice abs. This works out everything.

  • Im a male bellydancer - its literally the most fun and (in my opinion) effective way to develop, good, strong core muscles! I found wearing wrist, hip and ankle weights really helps keep in shape!

  • @LadyTopaz11 i think it depends on how you eat but many people say they see results in just 2 weeks! but make sure you do all 4 videos this is only part 3. (:

  • @jihanem Building muscle is the best way to lose fat. And it's a myth that you can isolate the part of your body where you lose fat. Fat cells travel around your whole body (although they can tend to collect in certain parts of your body), so building muscle anywhere burns fat cells everywhere.

  • i do this in two days and its so very hard my feet cant jump,,,,,but my tummy is so big i want to lose it....can this exercise help my tummy fats lose? my feet and hands dont have fats so my body are not proportion so i need to lose my belly fats

  • @bakhulet2010 You will definately lOse belly fat from this and your muscles will also become more toned. I have been doing belly dance for a while, not as intense as this and I have lost about 20kgs (45pounds I think). Just make sure you do this every second day and every other day go for a half hour walk to keep your muscles from siezing up and to burn more fat. Good luck =)

  • O goodness this is truly a work out...non stop sweating and can barely catch my breath but it seems like a good workout I hope it truly provides me with some results...I can feel my legs getting a workout but idk if it is working my stomach if anybody has done this and has had results from it pls let me know

  • @love2luvtrease If you burn calories (and you will definately burn cals from this) then you will lose weight everywhere. For working your stomach more (this does focus more on legs to be honest) check out some vids on normal bellydance, as hips rolls, shimmies and figure eights will get your tum really toned. The changes normal bellydancing has done for me is amazing, everything tightens up and the more you wiggle, the less fat you'll have to jiggle =p

  • like the last comment the first time I did this part of workout my lower legs were so sore the following day and it lasts 3days back to normal again.I really love this workout and I do this almost every single day.I sweat a lot and it does worked well all over your body.Thank you for sharing this video and I love them all..................

    I feel the both of you XD I've been trying to lose weight for so long and I figuredI'd try belly dancing since I love to dance and I've always wanted to belly dance. This might just be it, I made to about 4 minutes into part three and I was done for the night. Hopefully we can all lose a bit of weight doing this :D I'm aiming to get down to about 160 as well.

    Well, much luck to us all then. Ugh, it's gonna be hard getting back into it. I had to take a week off. It made me feel awful but I felt worse trying to do it.
