But he doesnt make anyone else and the girls thoughts are too much for him and he goes insane and kills her, not realizing their the same person

heres how i interpret it, kenny hates how he dies but the others dont but instead of killing themselves, he gives them the chance to make their own personal worlds or "wonderlands". Cartman makes one where he is the supreme ruler and he has an army of slaves that does his bidding and kills all impurities but soon turn on him and kill him bc hes an impurity. Stan makes a world where everyone understands his sorrows and sadness, but soon the sadness drives him insane and he shoots himself
