no 1 can say she lost her voice. mariah has always had her bad vocal moments. in 91, she had some bad vocal times along with 94-96. people dont realize this but the reason why her voice was so good in daydream era was because she used playback ALOT. its a good thing she rested, but all her performances were the same kinda. in 97-98/2000, she was so raspy becuase she didnt use playback alot. now in 2008, shes been getting minimal rest, and just needs some time. shell come back. she always does.

im a singer and I have my good and bad days, one thing I do now is that the proportion of performances from 2000-2008 are not the same than from 1990-2000 Before mariah would perform a few concerts throughout a year, walk in with tommy mottola, sing, and leave....now she's like her own boss so she's a bigger responsibility, i understand why her entourage is so big, because she does soooo much....she's an inspiration and I wish people would realize that more.
