I don't care what people say about him without Phil Spector he wouldn't have helped The Ramones create sooooo many whacy out of the world stories. Ive read every single Ramones Book and I think Dee Dee said it right in his book even thoe he held a gun up to them he was a mad scientist when it came to music but I have respect for Spector because he worked with one of the greatest bands of all time. I was laucky enough at age 16 to have met Tommy Ramone here in kansas city! so i'm a die hard fan

It's not a "rare song" either: it was a hit twice, for The Ronettes in the '60s and for The Ramones in 1980... it's a classic, everybody knows it (unless very young people, I guess), it's on the radio (especially 'oldies' programs) all the time....
