@MazSyaera I know this is a year old but the Fat or Fat32 was used in OS's up intill Xp, Its partition sturcture is totally different to NTFS. NTFS has alot more upgraded but it is still not the best. Fat can only support upto something like 132GB, therefore i recommend you use NTFS.
I use NTFS filesystem because it was the first installation of Xp on a AcerAspireOne. I wanted to try the ntfs filesystem. But I don't see any differences.
i have an Acer Aspire One D250 and i set the USB HDD: boot in the first but i will try to set it on the second :) thanks :)
