You need a copy of gh3 on your PC, a program called TheGHOST, and the Rock Band songs from the Frets on Fire forums. TheGHOST imports and converts the songs to gh3 format and replaces the songs on the gh3 game on your pc. The you burn the game and play. In this video, TheGHOST wasn't out yet and i used a much longer and frustrating method. You can create a gh custom with TheGHOST in a couple of hours, the first time. Once you get the hand of it, you can make on in 30 minutes.

The chip let's you play backup wii games.. But you don't need a chip no more to do that

With this particular custom, you can only play Pro Face off and also online pro face off with a friend online, if he has the same custom game too.. But on my more recent customs, they have all the multiplayer modes.. Coop, Face-Off, Battle and Pro Face Off.

i have never used GHEX to make a custom. You don't get the disk to read on your computer. It's an iso image of the game on your pc and use Trucha Signer to open, remove and replace the files.

Many of the bonus songs you see like Ride The Lightning and The Perfect Drug are only there because he must have added them later. Those are DLC songs he could have stolen from the 360 version. Not on the Wii version.

There are two versions on TPB . You needed to get the one that was uploaded my me, CosmoKramer420. The other version somebody uploaded was the earlier version that i did, with most of the bonus songs missing, which was the main reason i uploaded the full version.. So you guys get the full package, instead of some early version

You do nothing to your original GH3 disk. After you mod your Wii, you just download the game from The Pirate Bay or whereever and burn it to a blank dvd with ImgBurn.

You'd probably have to do it yourself, unless you know somebody that can do it for you. They have solderless modchips now where you just have to open the wii and clip it on.. and that's it.. Not too bad at all..

You can get a modchip from modchipcentral . Of course you can't download songs for Wii on GH3.. That's why this is a custom GH3 disc. The tutorial on how to put custom songs on GH3 for the Wii in the description of this video.
