I can't say exactly why, but this is easily my favorite song by you. I figure, since I fell in love with the chorus after hearing it only once, that that's the reason, but really, this song is just so well made. Great beat, great lyrics, FANTASTIC chord progression, and phenomenal instrumentation. Kudos to you, d.notive, and brohooves all around.

@nintendude0701 Hmm... it's a bit more complicated than just 'what program,' as I use a combination of software and hardware, but to satisfy your queston: I use Cakewalk Sonar 6: PE, the VST I default to the most is GenesisCM, along with FM7 and (on this track) Reaktor5, with Carbon2, and MikroPrism. Hardware I use includes a Roland DR880 drum machine, along with the microKORG and Alesis Micron synthesizers. There's also a slew of FX built into Sonar that I apply as well. I hope this helps? :P

I found that once you start memorizing the lyrics, the vocals become a little easier to hear, because I felt the bass overpowered "Let Your Mane Hang Down" as well. I still love all your music and I can't wait for more!
