I'm a 40k player and found your stuff via WG/SMConsortium's channel and I must say that your work looks stunning. Given time I hope to start incorporating your techniques for my vehicles and figures.
It's supposed to represent exposed metal, but whatever works for you go with it. I like using the chrome, it gives some feel for what's under the paint.
@Shiznaft1 just be careful with it. I forgot to add the usual disclaimer... I hope everyone realises hot nails will battle-damage your hands and eyes too !
@ScaleModelMedic Let's hope so. Sadly many people still require the obvious warning. Like that hot coffee is hot, or do not use this radio in the shower....LOL
@theBoonarmies yeah it would be very good, especially the ones with the interchangable tips so you could do different shapes. They are also useful for doing zimmerit if you don't like the putty methods.
