From here Bionicle started going downhill (It's still a good story, just that the quality went down a bit. Star Wars was a great story, but it still had Episodes I, II, and VI :P).

The thing I like about this video is that it makes the villians seem so much more evil; the desire for Mask Of Life truly brought out the worst in all of them.

@TheDiamondRats - eh, acording to the "Lego company" they said they had stretched the story out to much and needed to make new toys for a new generation. kind of a lame excuse if you ask me. they made the bionicle story to be streched. in the end with the bionicle stars it just seemed like they just stopped trying, I wouldnt have even minded it as much if they had ended bionicle with some better sets and at least a better story ending. but what can you say, right. : \

@tristan7grunt i think its just where they left off with the legend reborn movie, i think its just sad they stopped, they could have at least hinted to us, maybe added a few more seasons of bionicles, all the while hinting at us of the end, and the last 2 or 3 seasons would be the best sets they would have ever made as like a "goodbye present"
