@Skullking356890 - thank you! Yes, we looked away when the ultrasound tech did that part of the ultrasound. We then took the pictures and DVD right after the appointment to our friend who bakes cakes. It was only 3 days to wait until we found out but those 3 days seemed like forever. It was totally worth it though!
Oh I bet, I loved your reaction to finding out you were pregnant again and this too. Declan and Avery are so cute, they look a lot like your husband. That was such a creative idea too. My parents decided to wait they did not want to know until my brother and I popped out to figure out if we were boys or girls. Your reaction was priceless, what is it like raising two, cause that is how many I plan to have?
@Skullking356890 They do look a lot like my husband. His genes are crazy strong in his entire family. It's so much fun raising two - they are close together (14 1/2 months) so it was difficult at first but now its a lot easier. Plus - we already have 1 out of diapers and will be working on getting Averley out of them soon too!
tht explains a lot with my mom's side of the family. I hope it is fun raising two especially of each, you get to see the different personalities of each growing up. I am glad one is out of diapers, your daughter will grow out of diapers very fast, I know I did.
I wish my mom would have another baby, but she is old now so no more kids she says, although it would be fun. When you have kids you I guess become one yourself again
@chall1011 - he wasn't too excited, not because he didn't necessarily want a girl but he was very nervous about being a daddy to a girl. He loves her to pieces now :)
@FrannRants64539 - my friend made the cake, we hid our eyes when the ultrasound tech found the sex of the baby, she printed off the pictures with "Its a girl" typed on them, put it in an envelope and I took it to my friend.
@GurkanOwns - seriously? Wow....!! Were they making fun of us or was it a good thing? lol - I know there are people who like these videos and those who don't. I wonder if you could post the clip if you could find it on the internet somewhere??
