I agree with chatterjeemadhura. I was going to write the same thing! Your recipes are easy to follow and I love how your camera person zooms in on everything so I can see exactly how things SHOULD
I work with an Indian girl and her mom brings me in this home made bread she makes that has grated cauliflower in it and jalepeno. It is so delicious. Indian people are the nicest people and I love their food!
very nice Majula ji, you are very nice in both cooking and presentation. simple and nice ...all at the same:-) Keep it up. we love watching you and your lovely recipes!!
I wanted to share that jasmine rice is very similar to basmati if you can't find it, both are very expensive now, unfortunately. Also, zucchini is a summer squash, so I'm sure it can be substituted with the yellow squash, but I wouldn't use the winter squashes which have a rind, unless you want to bake them and scoop the meat for use in the recipe.
HI Manjula madam... i think ur the best cook iv ever know n reminds me of my moms cooking too.. Thanks a lot for such easy delicious recipes.. Can U PLS TELL WHAT IS ZUCHINNI IN HINDI ????
Zucchini is not exactly a torai ... u can buy zucchini with the vege grocer who sells english vegetables like broccoli, baby corn and other english vegetables...
seriously, if your a vegetarian or going to become a vegetarian, Indian food is the choice. My little sister is a vegetarian so every night we have vegetarian food, and 60% of the time, we eat Indian food. My dad saw this video and decided to make it and it tasted AMAZING.
Great Scott, it´s wonderful! Here, in Brazil, we don´t have this kind of rice, so I used common long grain rice. This recipe isn´t only delicious but beautiful seeing too. Thank you for sharing.
I wanted to add, to use celtic sea salt and ghee or olive oil (olive oil doesnt go well with indian cooking). google the dangers of iodized table salt and canola oil.
i made this recipe a few minutes ago it was done, it was delightful, my husband loved it! and i more than loved it, thank you majula ur the best!
