Notice it says "like old Job", thus the speaker cannot be Job for Job is used as an example, sarcastically at that. Plus, Job stays faithful to God in his story, while the speaker believes he cannot be saved.

The meaning of the song is definitely complex and relates themes similar to the Job story, but ultimately most likely not about Job directly. Satan is a good candidate

Jimmy is very under-estimated. hes a fuckin' awesome drummer! very precise, and his technique is spot on. Note, all you wanna be drummers...you can learn a lot from Jimmy's stix. Sure theres better drummers out there, but you cannot fault his ability, and any semi pro drummer would love to be able to play like him. Billy is a great song writer, which helps too.
