Nope, I came back from Japan last winter, but surprisingly enough, all I did over there in terms of R/C was bring back 3 pairs of Clodbuster axles because I was working on a home made "Stick" crawler. But I ditched that idea when I decided to rebuild the Mountaineer :)

How do you change the gears in this? Do you get ridd of the shiftable three speed? what parts do you use for the upgrade?
