  • if the educational system spent as much money on prevention as the alcohol companies spent on exploiting youth and their insecurities these tragedides would happen less often. creat an alcoholic and you have a customer for life. thank you for the video

  • I think that program the parents of the two girls started is very good for healing! I am a parent and always tell my kids to be careful mine are a few years older and one might drink but the other doesn't at all, I don't either, especially when I have to drive. This is a wonderful lesson for all to know about what happens when you drink and drive, its something you should never do together. Cars are lethal weapons!

  • I feel so bad for the parents who lost those beautiful daughters, it's so tragic! I believe that they are just as their parents said they are Angels! God Bless that Family!

  • They are good family friends of ours. I knew them and their dog Riley. We spent a few days at their waterfront house and I've been on their boat many times. Went to Bermuda with them for my dads wedding. I knew about the accident but it didn't hit home with me until I saw the sickening photos of the car after the crash...heartbreaking. Made me cry, and I'm a pretty strong guy emotionally. What a horrible tragedy. Please kids, don't drink and drive. For your parents sake...

  • I feel soooo sorry for you,who are left behind! They were very beautiful girls,so sad...

  • So very tragic, but I hope that somewhere and in some way this makes anyone, but especially teens will think twice before getting behind the wheel or in the car with a person that has been drinking.

May these two beautiful girls rest in peace

  • im 18 and often go to party's but the one thing i never do is get into a car of someone who has been drinking. 3 years ago my friend lost 3 of her friends in a drink driving related accident. it takes a second 2 lose your life its not worth the risk. your a danger to yourself and others.

these are two beautiful young girls who lost their lives way too soon. this is a tragic sad story and my thoughts are with their loved ones. rest in peace x

  • how weird is this, my uncle Jimmie *his last name is Murphy too* was killed in October of 2008 due to drunk driving :(

rest in peace to you & sorry about your loss.

  • My heart goes out to the Murphy family. Shauna and Meghan were gorgeous girls, and I'm so sorry they are no longer with us. What a horrible thing to happen to any family. Shauna and Meghan are in heaven, and their parents will see them again someday.

  • Beautiful girls, so sorry for your loss. I have an 18 year old that got a DUI in May one day before her high school graduation, she was lucky and now I worry constantly!
