I used just Jonathan with 1000 blades, Giant Axe and Bwaka Knifes (I backdash canceled the bwaka knifes to destroy Trevor)

These new ones piss me off for being well... the same, none of them have anything original anymore sadly, SoTN was great because it was original. Circle of blood was fun because it followed the same layout but was new mobs and models... after that it was alot of repetition... pisses me off now.

Get the Nest of Evil Quest, then get 888.88% of the map completed. This will be opened below the bridge from the entrance once the quest is completed.

i kill Trevor first with thousand blades and then golden axe hits then i use fully charged tempests to bring grant fown to beat with the axe furth then sypha gets tempest + axing

Yeah. There's a breakable wall right across from the bar in the City of Haze and 13th Street levels. Each one will reveal a bakery that will have the cakes that you don't have; just see them to clear the quest. For added fun, hit the cash register on the counter there to open it and then destroy the chandelier right above it and let the coin drop into the drawer. Depending on what coin or money bag (need Gold Ring for money bags) dropped into the cash register, you can actually "buy" a cake.

those cakes iirc are unique and cannot be gotten from item drops

I'd like to correct you on one thing. Trevor has a Dagger Crash in Symphony of the Night similar to Richter's You have to kill Sypha and Grant first, then sometimes he'll switch over to his Dagger sub-weapon and hurl sixteen daggers at you -- eight high, eight low -- within 2 seconds' time. His other "Crashes" are:

Holy Water - Two Holy Waters on-screen at a time.

Unholy Cross - Giant Unholy Cross boomerang. 3 on-screen at a time.

Throwing Axe - Doesn't seem to carry one!

o.O to make short work of those little guys have a maxed out shuriken and the speed up spell, and unleash your fury like a ninja who's entire village was just raided.

For a double whammy use the stellar sword and see how that works.

for a serious challenge... use the steel whip and thats it. very retro indeed...

I had to use my New York Steak on my first battle with them, and then I had to go back to frigging Burnt Paradise to get another one after a zillion kills.

The way I handle these three fakes, I use the Alucard Spear to take out Sypha, then I use the same weapon and the boomerang to take out Grant being careful not to hit Trevor and avoiding his attacks at the same time.

After Grant and Sypha are killed, I switch the Alucard Spear for the Vampire Killer. I then take trevor out the Belmont Way.

Whip vs. Whip; Subweapon vs. subweapon. It makes for a better challenge. Beware of his bloody bone boomerang attacks. They deal a ton of damage.

Maybe you should try the Lv. 1 Cap, they're freakishly hard there, since you won't have the crashes to help you.
