So are all the routers directly connected with each other via serial cable or is there a frame relay switch in the equation. Also with commands how come there's no clock rate commands?
There is always a frame relay switch between the DTE links when someone talks about Frame Relay. The frame relay switch has the clockrates. They also have the intf-type dce. He only shows you how to configure multi- and point-to-point, which is partial mesh, and a full mesh topology.
