  • well that just sounds awesome.

  • @gabe13311

    Thanks!

  • what string gauge are you using?

  • Thanks, I haven't had that amp for a while but I know it was pretty low. Actually the volume was high, but I had a THD attenuator on it set to next to lowest setting...I think

  • Great playing dude, what is the volume on the london at?

  • great stuff. I am still debating weather or not to get the london head. I guess i just need motivation

  • Great tone and playing. I just love that London 18. What a killer amp.

  • what's that thing behind your strings at the headstock? looks like a sigaret

  • Ok, I know where to buy the gear, but how do I get my hands on your skills? :)

  • Thanks a lot. You gotta sell your soul to get these skills. I'm just kiddin'. There's a shit ton of guys who can smoke my ass on youtube. I do appreciate it though.

  • that's some pretty thick tones coming from those single-coils

  • thanks a bunch. It's a cool gtr. I was thinkin bout puttin some Lollars in there

  • Finally, someone on YouTube with great vibrato. Keep up the good work.

  • Thanks a bunch. I have never heard anyone say that before, but I am big fan of good vibrato and tried my best to make mine good over the years. Cheers

  • It sounds great with humbuckers, P90's and single coils. I really love it. I just got a recently got a 65 amps colour boost

and now it really smokes. I have found my tone!

  • GReat tele man!

  • nice playig man - the set-up sounds sweet - I'm sure, as you say, the camcorder doesn't do it justice. How do you find the attenuator? Does it have any issues? Thanks!

  • I use the THD hotplate. some people dont care for it but I really like it actually. The more you attenuate, the more tone you lose, but it's worth it to save my ears, and still have a pretty wicked tone, even at low levels. Thanks for the kind words.

  • apparently the badcat one is really good

  • Excellent, excellent playing, and great tone! Are those Lollar pickups on your Nash?

  • Thanks a bunch. They are lollars. I need to do a proper demo with the amp miked and all that. The lollars are great.

especially on the strat. the tele is great too but it's almost more like a p90 cause it's so beefy. Which I love, but it doesn't really twang as much. you can get one that has more twang.

  • Camcorder mic?

  • yeah it's just the mic on my mac. doesn't really do it justice.

  • Yea, but it still gives a good idea of what it sounds like. I Might try a clip with my iMac mic as well.... Did you take the H30 out, or was the Gold in there when you bought it? Sounds Tighter on the lows. I would love to hear a clip with the Tele straight in!

  • the gold was in there when I bought it. I need to do a better clip with the amp miked and all.

  • I lied, it is an H30. I dont know why I thought it was a gold all the sudden.

  • Cool, I love my London. Did you have the stock speaker set-up first?

  • It has a celestion Blue and a Gold. 2x12. thanks

  • AWESOME! Hey man which speakers/cab are you using? Also which side of the amp are you on? I gotta get me one!

  • That's the Marshall side. It's got a celestion gold and blue.

It's a 2x12 combo. The clip doesn't do it justice. It sounds great. Thanks!

  • Seriously tasty chops mr

  • Thanks man, I appreciate it.

  • Yeah, I'm lovin the sound of these 65 amps, from what I've heard on youtube.

I've got a Suhr Badger (softer and vox-y) and a Marshall '74 superlead (hard as nails). Your amps sounds like a perfect blend in between these amps. Have you any experience of my amps to make a comparison?

    Cheers M

  • The London has a Vox side and a Marshall Side so you get both sounds. It is still it's own thing though. I really love it.

It's nasty, there's not much room for super clean stuff, it breaks up pretty quick. It's also really loud but not too loud.

I'm using an attenuator in the clip so it's not a great representation of what the amps sounds like. The clips on the 65 amps site are much better.

I dont have any experience with the Suhr or the Marshall though.
