  • water in its liquid state is heavier then when it is in a solid state... ice cubes float .

  • hi, i'm 15 and i'm pretty much overweight, so my breasts sag. they're flat at the top, where my chest and breasts meet and id like them to be fuller there and i want my whole breast to be lifted. will these exercises help with those two things ? if so, how much will i need to do and how long will it take for me to see the results that i'm looking for? i'm a 38D cup. i've been told that its impossible for your breasts to be lifted naturally if they already sag, i really hope that isn't true.

  • @Corduroylove Hi CL, The good news is that you are only 15 so your skin has youth on it's side. The fact that you are concerned "now" is a great start to improving your health& fitness routine. Building the muscle in the pectorals will definitely help to lift the breast & fill out the top but I highly recommend that you hire a personal trainer who is also qualified in diet/nutrition. You may need to alter your lifestyle & a trainer will help motivate you. Wishing you much success

  • You are gorgeous! I have no idea how old you are but I'm 24 and I hope that when I am your age I will be beautiful like you. I was wondering how many times a week should I do this routine? Right now I do cardio 6 days a week and alternate between several cardio/strength training dvds 5 days a week. I want to add this to my routine! Thanks so much for the video!

  • @Losethemellon123

Hi there & thanks so much for your very kind words! You sound like you are on a great fitness routine, good for you! A few times a week should be enough (on alternate days) as you do not want to overdo just one muscle group. Pushups & yoga will also really help strengthen the pectorals, so include them in your weekly routine if possible. (Full pushups or half pushups are a great exercise if you travel a lot & do not have access to a gym.) hugs xo

  • @twobeavers

thank you for the reply! I'll be looking for some yoga to throw in the mix!

  • will these lift the breast if they are already sagging ive lost alot of weight and have lost my breast in the process iam only 22 so iam really sad about would this help to left them to perky breast again PLLZZZZ REPLAY

  • @MrCoolz1234 weight training will help firm up the breast muscle but sagging skin can be harder to deal with. You are young which is a good thing so collagen is on your side. You may want to talk to a Doctor about what your options are for this but it is always a good thing to add muscle to your body to keep your skin firmer. Hope this helps a little? xo

  • Thank you so much for posting this video twobeavers! When I'm prepared, I'll really have to start doing these exercises because your breasts look incredible! My jaw dropped when you told me that you were only an A cup. D: By the way, you are absolutely gorgeous! I love you're strawberry blondish hair and the way you style it as well as your make-up. You have this gorgeous nostalgic look to you! And nice feminine hands and nails too! Then again, thank you for posting, this is going to help a lot!

  • @TheEyeOfASheikah hello there ~ thanks so much for writing such a beautiful comment & taking the time to do so! It is a bit of work to fight the aging process so I appreciate your words a lot LOL! Let me know how your fitness routine turns out! xo

  • Absolutely not. I am a 36A and if I didn't do these exercises I wouldn't have any cleavage at all. These exercises help lift the breast & the added muscle underneath gives them a fuller look. Again please talk to someone who is a qualified trainer to get the technique down & also some other helpful bust exercises. There are a lot out there! I started doing them 20 years ago & I am very happy with how they look today at my age. Thx for writing! xoxo

  • @twobeavers i am using 1 litre bottles as weight. is it too much? plus i hope these excercises dont build manly biceps?? just asked since my upper arms kinda slightly hurt after tht. do reply thankyouu

  • @Mehru6 Hi...Always start with a light weight in the beginning so if you have been doing these exercises for awhile then your liter bottles should be fine. Working your biceps is a great thing as it gives you a nice cut to your arms when wearing sleeveless tops etc. (Including tricep exercises will also really help!!) Women do not have as much of the testosterone hormone in their body makeup so do not worry about getting manly biceps. They are probably sore because they are not used to exercise.

  • I wanted to ask if I do there exercises my breat will get perky but they will not get bigger? I really like this video but I already have small breast 34B and if I do these excerses they are going to get even smaller?

  • Oh my gosh, thank you so much. This video helped me alot. Im 16 and have a big bust, I hate it. And I feel like sometimes they aren't (not to be weird) up as high as they should be or where they are supposed to be. But this helped alot, thank you! :)

  • @MsILoveAJ you are so welcome & thanks for your feedback. I strongly recommend taking at least one personal trainer lesson to learn other alternative & safe exercises to help you with chest exercises. It is money well spent! hugs xo

  • Since water expands when it freezes, using any amount of ice instead of water will make the bottles weigh -less-.

  • Thanx 4 the tips

  • Thank you! This video is great! I have a 29 inch waist and 42 inch bust (don't know what cup size that is in the U.S. Here it's about a 14F-G) and i'm afraid their weight is forcing me to hunch a little, helping gravity steel my perkiness away from me. It's so great to finally find some decent, do-able bust exercises. Kudos!

  • @HumanoidSparky Hi, Large busted women definitely need to keep on top of their bust exercises but don't forget to add some back exercises as well. It would be well worth it for you to hire a certified personal trainer for a few sessions to put you on a program that you can use for life. Remember that whenever u train the front of your muscles you must also evenly train the opposite group of muscles. (Triceps/biceps, chest/back hamstrings/quads etc) overloading one muscle group will cause injury.

  • @twobeavers Once again, great advise. I never really thought much about doing back exercises. I'll defiantly look into a personal trainer to help. Once again, you're great. Thankyou :D

  • Hi again, I think it is too heavy for you right now. Just do the exercises without anything but your arms for weight. If you can see your muscles contracting then you are using them which is good. I recommend that you hire someone for a few sessions so that you have someone to guide you for awhile. Eventually you will want to add some decent weight so that the pectoral muscles will work harder and eventually show more definition. Thanks for writing xo

  • Hi, I have a question for the author of this video TwoBeavers. It's in regards to the first excercise portrayed in this video. Am i supposed to feel a sharp burn in my arms (both of my arms burn from the shoulder part all the way to the wrist area)? Second I sorta feel a little sharpness in the back area, but no burn in the chest area. Does it mean im doing it right and it's working or am i doing it wrong?

  • @PraisingGod07 Hi there~you shouldn't feel a "sharp" pain anywhere if you are using 1 or 2 lb weights but if you are don't use any weights at all in the beginning. (If you flatten your back & stick your chest out while doing the exercise, you will not feel it in your arms as much) You may need to build up your chest & arm muscle by doing assisted push ups against a wall or on the floor (on bent knees) You should never feel a sharp pain while doing an exercise! Stop if you do.

  • @twobeavers Im actually not using any weights at all. Instead I am using the water bottle method you suggested as in alternative for the weights. I use 2 one liter Aquafina water bottles. Is that too heavy or is it fine? Also as i do the excercise i can see the chest contracting, does that imply that improvement is occurring?

  • wait how do u know if ur boobs sag cause mine arent all the way to my chin but i dont have grandma boobs i mean how do u know is there like a scale or something

  • hurray for boobies

  • Excellent video, What kind of bra can you wear that wont bother you while sleeping ?

  • @shesobreezy Hi there, thanks for writing~I am not a huge Bra expert so you may want to direct that question to a specialist, but when I was pregnant I wore one at night that was seamless and very stretchy, no underwire obviously. Maternity stores would probably be your best bet to find a comfortable bra and they have larger sizes for big busted women. Hope that helps a little~

  • @twobeavers Yea that helped alot thx

  • what if they already sagging is there any hope?

i'm only 25 but after two pregnencies and breast feeding

my breasts look atleast 20 years older than i am.

    i'm so ashamed.

  • @lail111 I also had a child & nursed him but only for 3 mths. Weight training still can help but you will need to build yourself up to do a more intense routine. Whenever you tighten the muscle of the breast it helps to lift them. Breast feeding can be hard on them, no question about that. Do not go braless & keep your weight in check if you can. I would suggest hiring a personal trainer for a few sessions so that they can show you the best exercises & you learn how to do them correctly. hugs xo

  • @twobeavers

thanks 4 your reply,I can't actually afford a personal trainer and i commited the big sins of going braless and putting on on weight.I''ll follow the excercises in this vid. breast fed two children who are one year apart for few months because i was advised by health professionals but they don't warn you about sagging breasts lol they took alot of abuse but hopefully i can reverse some of the damage.

  • @lail111 you have youth on your side which is great! I realize that personal trainers are costly but even if you did one session & were shown how to do different exercises & increase your weights, it would help you a lot. I use light weights in this video for beginners but you will need to go a little heavier to see better results. Maybe you can ask for a weight training session from your family for your birthday or Christmas? Keeping your weight in a comfortable zone will also help a lot.

  • @twobeavers

    thanks 4 the advice i appreaciate it.tc

  • hey, i'm 15 and im a 36 GG, i know really big :/ do you think these exercise would still work for me?

  • im a boy!!

  • great video...very informative and useful. thank you so much for the tip. will try it out today :)

  • damn girl thats was up! im going to try the exercises. =)

  • hi im 12 and i turnig 13 soon and i care about keeping my breast perky so when i get older they wont be all saggy and stuff so thanks

  • It's so sexy when a woman works out and takes good care of her body. Congratulations for making this video. Most women believe you can't do anything about breasts sagging besides surgery. There's also a lot of people who tear down women by trying to convince them there is nothing to do. I think there's very few women who exercise at all, so keep it up, I hope you encourage many.

  • @Gokida Thank you so much. I have always worked out with weights and now I am older I am thankful I did as the results are amazing and not just for breasts. Every body part benefits including your face & neck muscles lol. I definitely recommend weight training 3 times per week. Thanks for writing xo

  • @Gokida Interesting statement. i agree with you up until the "very few women excercise at all part". More women take the route of excercise and diet than you think. Its the maintenence that often becomes the problem. Many things come into life that may cause workouts to stop, but that definitely doesnt mean they havent been tried.

  • Wow, I started seeing results the first time a tried this. I used 3 pound weights. Very good advice.

    :) thank youuuuu

  • Thank you for the advice. Very informative :D

  • @YourFriendCarmen thanks for your comments Carmen. Keep up with the exercises and you will be happy for years to come. Don't forget to add some more weight as you get stronger. If you go to a gym, add the cables to your routine. (ask someone to show you how) They are amazing and help give you a nice cleavage even if you are small busted like myself. cheers xo

  • thanx a lot im only 13 and im a 34b but their not perky so i hope this works !!

  • @4077884 Hi! 13 is young but good for you for caring about your body. Starting this young you have to be careful with how much weight you use as you are still growing. It is never a problem doing push ups at any age which will help strengthen the pectoral muscles. Once you are older and you have finished growing you can add weights to your routine. Starting young prevents sagging as you get older and keeping your weight down will also help. Great to hear from you! hugs xo

  • hello, do u have to use a ball for these exercise to work? I just gave birth to my second child and my are dropping now. The were a 34b with my first child and they drop a little but now i'm 38c. i'm afraid when i stop breast feedin they are going go back to 34c or smaller and sagg.

  • @kimoni6 Hi! No you don't have to use a ball but you need to sit on something that frees your arms like a stool. When I was pregnant I did weight training & pushups for my chest and I always wore a bra. Breast feeding is wonderful but can be hard on the tissue. Many women nurse their children for a year or longer but I stopped at 3 months when the teeth started to appear lol. Keep the pectoral muscles tight and your results will be better for years to come. Larger breasted women especially. xo

  • thanx a million I 4got about that haha :D

  • hmmmm what if you do thes sort of exersises every day for two weeks? do u suppose youd see results a little bit faster? and is it possible if u do thez exersisezzz too much ull become flat as a pancake? lolzz :)

  • @kalitheroux Hi there. You can't do the same exercises everyday for any muscle group or the muscle fiber won't grow. 48 hours rest should be sufficient so you could do them 3 times per week. Yes, it does work and starting now at your age, you will be happy that you did. Adding more weight to your reps once you have done the exercises for a month or so, will add to the results. cheers S

  • Umm doesn't exercising make u'r boobs rather become flatter ? I've seen many women exercise and normally yes your breasts get tight but they get tight and flat against your chest, like those body builders. It isnt so nice. & can u tell me, what if you already have heavy breasts like a C or D and they R already slightly on the saggy side, u think u can still work those boobs to stand up??

  • Hi there...Exercising will work the pectoral muscle and that will pull your breasts up when the muscle gets stronger. The larger your breasts are, the harder you will have to keep at it. Breasts are made also up of fat which is why so many women lose a bra size when they lose weight. If a woman is too lean, she can lose much of her breast size, which is where you see those body builder types you mentioned.

  • @twobeavers: Thanks much for the info. It makes more sense now. :-)

  • you are so welcome! thanks for your interest...xo

  • THANK YOU!

  • how long before u have results

  • You should see results in less than a month if you are doing the exercises 3 times per week. Try to do three different chest exercises with 10 repetitions for 4 sets of each exercise. Many people prefer to do more reps but I find it better to do a heavier weight less times for more definition.

  • ok thanks

  • does it really help pllllllllllllllzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me plz plz

  • LOL yes it does...anytime you use added weights it helps strengthen the pectoral muscles. (including just using your body weight such as pushups)

  • of course, but u have to keep on doing it

  • I'm doing this stuff at age 21 just so I will already be in the habit and there will be minimal change to my body. :) I admit that I relish in taking "days off" or eating fast food when I am craving it though. XD

  • I also started around your age! You look great and the dancing helps out a lot to keep your body toned. I loved your videos. Taking days off is healthy but I try not to go too fast food. I have a thing about empty calories! (Except for Miss Vickie's Salt & Vinegar chips & french fries lol) Thanks for subscribing, I subbed back! xo Susan

  • wow thanks! :)

  • I just figure, when they get too long, I'll just throw them over each shoulder. lol

Actually though, thanks for the great tips... I better get cracken.

  • too funny! Thank God for underwire and Victoria Secret. They are a girls best friend! xo

  • Push up bra will change the appearance when you have it on, but once you take it off, you don't want to have to stand in front of the mirror with sagging breasts...

  • How about push up bra =)

  • That is a given...Push up Bras are the #1 accessory in most girl's closets. Victoria Secret is a huge success because of it...xo
