ROFL! all those people taking the mod seriously.......... He Simply switched the Skin IDs of the germans to russians skins, and the russian skins to German skins. He also changed the Weapon IDs so they are armed differently. Simple.

According to Russian studies post-Soviet, Stalin killed about 6 million civilians, which is not so bad considering how many people who are executed every year in America. Also, keep in mind that these men kept everyone under a close watch, so 6 million counts of murder from the state is easily evened out if you keep in mind how many people that are murdered by other civilians. If the Axis had won, they would be the heroes.

It's a good mod, except for the PTRS-41 was a Russian Anti-materiel rifle. The German Anti-materiel rifles usually had the same width as their typical rifle cartridge while the Russians used a 14.5mm round for their Anti-materiel rifles. So replacing the PTRS-41 with a Karabiner 98/k would be a good idea.
