  • Senna's cars where so awesome...

  • a bit too fast :s but great

  • i realy liked the 2001-2003 cars. they where nice. :)

  • The Primitives is F*cking idiots

  • It's a nice slideshow mate, but the images are either moving a bit too slow, or too fast.

I mean, they're too fast to really look at any car in detail, and too slow to give a real 'morph' feel.

A marker in the corner showing what year we're in would also be nice, or a marker showing what teams were being shown.

Other than that, nice compilation, with nice pictures as well!

  • john surtess ferrari in white an blue(usa colors) ,march of vittori brambilla ect

  • That was too fast

  • sick vid dude.

  • 1:42 Life

  • It´s great to see and remind at 1:11 the Roberto Guerrero´s Ensign(1982).

Off course, the Montoya´s Williams too.

  • Have you noticed the car at 2:02. It looks like Red Bull Racing.

  • @KillerDreck89 It's a Sauber, circa 96-98 (??), I think.

  • @tylerama, I know It's a Sauber, I meant It really looks similar to the Red Bull RB-1.

  • brilliant vid... goes to show how the aerodynamics really prostrate the development of a cars aesthetics..... 2009 was the first time in a long time you could actually tell the cars apart if they were all painted white....

  • Muito bom ... tenho a imagem completa que originou este vídeo ... outra obra prima. Quanto ao som cortado, nem esquenta ... é o de menos. O YouTube é uma mesquinharia mesmo.

  • Right, so what we can gather is that the cars are getting lower, longer, more down force-focused and due to FIA regulations, they're starting to look exactly the same. That's dull ... Away with you, FIA!

  • What an unbelievable video, my man!!! All of those car profiles look like they were sketched by the same artist.. are they by you???

  • It's Pierre Ménard art, taken from the book "La grande encyclopédie de la F1" ;-)

  • where did you get all that images=????

  • @JMF1iscool i've a web site (german web site i don't understand a bit xD) where you can found all F1 from 1950... idk name from 1950 at 1983 are small cars (little pic) from 1983 at 2007 are big

  • @RedhotIta1 where can i find this website

  • good job man!!! nice vid

but it would be easier to follow if you choose one team (or one color) and one car of each year only...to see the changes easier....it is a it too fast ;-)

  • My thoughts entirely, well done though.

  • awesome work dude!!

  • perfecto

  • what a fuckin awesome video my friend , made me cry , congratulations for this art job , hug from brasil , rodrigo tarpinian , sao paulo.

  • COOPERSUCAR IT'S GOOD !!! RSRSRS

  • The Alfa Romeos of 1984 and 1985 looks great.

  • Where did you get the pictures?

  • i like the black one at 1:08 :P

  • Congrats!

  • Nice video.

  • Nice one. I like the fat pouncing looking turbo cars at around 1:05. It will be interesting to see how they will change for 2009 when the aerodynamic add-ons will be removed

  • great video

  • 2:08 Mika Häkkinen's championship winning car :D

  • 0:45 Pryce's Shadow ;D

  • oops, it was Jarier's Shadow

  • Well done, good song selection too !

  • Which year was it from?

  • What was the last car?

  • blink and u miss 10 cars lol

  • xD!

  • Missed out the Lola-Mastercard, lol, :p

  • 1:10! el auto del chileno Eliseo Salazar!

  • what`s the name of the song?

  • maybe u better make a less quicker slide-show. Anyway nice to see how the formula 1 cars changes around those years

  • Excellent

  • NICE!!!

  • where did you get those pictures?

  • WHY. Why do the cars change so quickly, at least let people who enjoy F1 to attually have a close look at each car. It really annoys me when people do this. I hope that you can remake this video without the music and maybe something to do with cars. If you do this i will be thankful. Cheers, LightningMqueen

  • Do you realise how long it would be if each car was on long enough to be well examined?

  • nice video, but bad song!!!!

  • duz anybody know who sings that song

  • excelent video

  • Don't be so sarcastic bgnw2004. Don't you think that in the whole world there may exist a person which knows a lot about F1, like me. I'm watching the F1 since 1989. In the meantime I've gathered enough knowledge, not only about car designs, but about their engines, power output and distribution, amazing innovations in aerodynamics. The stories about their development, their developers and certainly the drivers that raced those cars.

  • ok just a test:when was the BRM V16 made and what whas it power output

  • Just to answer your question. There were actually 2 different BRM V16 engines, which appeared on the races that counted for the F1 world championship. First one was built for the BRM type 15 car, which was presented in December 1949. At this moment the engine could produce a peak output of about 300 bhp. But this engine had more potential and was further improved. As late as 1954. the engine had a effective output (in race conditions) in order of 430-440 bhp, with it's max. at 485 hp.

  • The second engine unit was built from 2 V8 engines (H-16 3.0) and was raced in 66.-67. with peak output between 400-420 bhp (not supercharged.)

  • sorry mate that engine was not a V16 it was more of a dubble boxer layout with a boxer 8 on topp of the other. sourse:wikipedia

the brm i refer too was a pure V16 not a dubble V8 u can find sound clips on it here. sounds sick.

  • If you know about the drivers that raced those cars, can you watch this video and comment your opinion? Search: The greatest drivers in Formula one history

  • I'm sorry I didn't understand your request.

Do you want me to comment your video, or the drivers you put into it. Personally I prefer drivers who raced the cars without fancy stuff like today (power steering, traction control- gone by now thank God., etc). So I miss some really good drivers, from the 60' or 70'.

My personal top ten of all times are: 1. Senna, 2. Schumacher M., 3. Fangio, 4. Clark, 5. Stewart Jackie, 7. Lauda, 8. Prost, 9. Villeneuve Gilles, 10. Peterson.

  • It was nice to read your opinion of the top 10 greatest F1 drivers ever. I just wanted to know your opinion. My top 20 are in a video I made, if you want to watch it the video is called: ''The greatest drivers in Formula one history'', just write the title in the search. Senna ofcource is No1.

  • good job!!! i like it very very much:D:D

  • cool but a little to fast

  • Nice work geesterbug.

I'm a great F1 fan myself. So I could recognize all of the cars you put in this video. My question is where did you find those sketches of this cars? Is there any F1 book avaible with this skechtes? Please, tell me, it would be of great help ! You must know, I'm currently working on the F1 history/data/statistics book, so I'm gathering every possibly information.

    Thanks

  • Puxa, eu vi (i sow) 3 Coopersucar Fittipaldi!

    Muito bom!

    (Great! Thanks!)

  • hey i saw a 6 wheel F1? is it true that car raced?

    what year?

  • The Tyrrell P34 raced in 1976. The car used specially manufactured 10-inch diameter wheels and tyres at the front with two ordinary sized wheels at the back. The idea of the smaller front tyres was to increase air penetration and have a smaller 'frontal area' which would reduce drag. The P34's golden moment came in the Swedish Grand Prix. Scheckter and Depailler finished first and second, and to date Scheckter is the only driver ever to win a race in a 6 wheeled car.

  • tnx man! and i like the picture editing, cut to cut w/ dissolve, simple but great!! hehehe hope you make F1 vids again

  • I have to admit that the cars were already scanned. Although I placed them together into the clip and added the music, so still did most of the work! Thanks for your comments.

  • I'm afraid this video is downloadable, i have it too. There are morph videos for ferrari, lotus, honda and brabham, too sorry, i have to say the truth

  • It must be something similar as I placed all the scans and music personally. Thanks for your comments.

  • uhm can i ask the title of the muzic?

  • It is "Crash" by "The Primtives" and was thaken from their album "The best of The Primitives"

  • brilliant, superb!

  • Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for comments.
