  • Im a little late on this one but since you only mow the lawn once a week I would suggest throwing in the P90X the rest of the week. One day of cardio is good but 6 days would be better...lol. From your friendly Beachbody Coach...lol.

Heck I should do the whole neighborhood. I agree on the sugar making ya feeling lethargic and ick. When I overdue it, I definitely get "hungover". Your rocked this!

  • Oh I just LOVE Wall-E!! Great info on the bike differences. I never knew mountain biking burned more calories than a road bike. Step AWAY from the candy bars lol and Good luck with your challenge :-)

  • sounds like water weight to me.. or a broken scale.. when building muscle, they retain water in the beginning, especially if we are overweight because we are usually in a state of dehydration due to our weight. Your body will release the extra water as it gets use to the exercise. You are changing your life and that is totally rockin!

  • great video Jim. I'm sorry you had a tough week, but it's at least you chalk the experience up to at least giving you some knowledge about how your body may deal with sugar and eating junk.

  • We have a big yard to mow and by the time we get the weeding done around the flowers, bushes and trees and it is a work out. I like the sign in the background. Very cool on learning something new!
