I had a similar problem with my waterline, and I heard in some tutorial someone mentioned, that if you gently pat over the eyeliner with eyeshadow it helps. I tried it and it worked at least for me! And as a bonus it helped stop my eyes from watering, even though my eyes are really sensitive! So after you've applied your eyeliner to your waterline, gently pat some eyeshadow on it. Works wonders!

I am not Julie but I can help - Nyx single shadows have a buttery smooth texture and application - very pigmented. All of the palletes claim to have the same formula, but I really don't think so. I have tried and tested their singles and palletes and while the palletes have good pigment and application and wear, they are not as smooth as the singles. Having said that they are still good. singles i rate 10, palletes i rate 8.5!

concealer is normally used for under-eye circles, and should be a yellowish shade that's a bit lighter than your skin tone. i dunno about the one you have but some concealers are kinda reflective, so don't put it on zits. use foundation for those. i hope i helped
