He is so right about the internet. Kids have to get out and meet real people instead of just having a thousand friends whom they have never met before. They aren't actually your "friends" because honesty, if you died, they wouldn't really care. That is a difference between a real friend and a pretend one.

Thank you for bringing us your words. Depression is hard to deal with and glad there is people in my life to keep me from sinking. People help me by being needed. If I was not needed then I would be more depressed. I see it in other people and I am always trying to make them smile. Your awesome and hope one day to meet you. If not then I at least have the greatest CD collection on earth. Love you guys.

disrokwel...if u don't have anything nice 2 say don't say it all unless ur motives r specifically 2 help a person w/ a condition that is detrimental 2 them or others in which case say something, but carefully & w/ respect. The spreading of hatred & contempt does nothing but make the world a darker place & I prefer to make the world better. Justin,U are real, honest and speak from the heart and I appreciate that you are not afraid to share your personal experiences for the betterment of society.

Enjoyed the vid, thank you. He makes a lot of sense. :) I think if you use facebook, you really do have to use it in moderation and not get lost on it. It's too easy to be reclusive and type in the words, not sharing the actual social experience of talking face to face.

I agree with the facebook/myspace things he said. Those networking sites make it almost too easy to say to much, not realize how much one of yours friends is hurting, and to not feel a need to share things with the people who you actually se on a day to day basis.
