In Kini Ga Nozomu Eien the end (ep. 14) is the original end. So Haruka broke up with him their relationship and he ends up with Mitsuki.

But there were still much Haruka x Takayuki fans (like me)^^ so they made an alternative end for them. In the alternative end he and Haruka came together and he broke up with Mitsuki.

i hate you please don't mention this again! u don't know the feeling of the alternative and the original of course more people will feel that the real ending was that mitsuki and takayuki is the real couple!
