I just found out thT Ninja Storm 2 is coming this fall it might not be as far with pain and stuff but it's far enough it's going to be the best game ever' it's based on Shippuden and the graphics are amazing if you played Ninja storm you would know :)

@margineanu94 -(SPOILERS)- The game looks like it ends after the dead of Itachi i believe...so no. Sage mode its not out yet Sasuke dont have mangekyou or Susano No hinata with awesome weird new Hyuuga move Pain its not fighting at his full potential and he doesnt has the 7th pain. Madara is still acting as Tobi No killer bee nor any kages or any other of its followers no Kisame fused with Samehada etc.

Look all of this will be (probaly) in Naruto Shippuden Narutimate Accel 4 (a.k.a Ultimate Ninja 7: Naruto Shiipuden for PS3 or Ultimate Ninja Heroes 4 for PSP(these two games will possibility be release between around 2010-2011) after finishing Season 7 (maybe 8 as well) because Japan is the starting the new seasons next year.

Games can and will come out in other languages first sometimes, doesn't stop people from not playing them. People upload things in Japanese and other languages all the time. "HOLY SHIT!? How are they playing it?" People being bilingual must be a hard concept to understand, right? Or perhaps, he read a translation guide? There have been some after a while since the game came out.

tl;dr - People have methods of playing games in other languages.
