its so amazing how they never show the assholes busting windows, burning cars, and destroying mom and pop businesses in the city. so slanted. so damn slanted. propaganda! nothing but propaganda.
Could anyone tell me how we could get anywhere in an anarchist society if we can't ever agree? You want everyone's voice to be heard but what if no one agreed how would decisions ever be made? If intelligent people today can never agree how can normal people?
There's two communities right? One of them needs to build a bridge, but the other doesnt want them to because it will disturb their neighborhood or something. How would this dilemma be solved?
Yes! Okay exactly! But obviously they have to interact with eachother. Theyre not all self-sufficient, so its necessary. So obviously dilemmas, maybe not this one in particular but others, will arise. So how would we solve them if there's no medium to say whats acceptable and what isn't (excluding morality of course, which can be so easily forgotten when interests are endangered).
I hate to keep replying but you're not really telling me what I'm trying to figure out. What I mean is how would they reach a resolution if say one of the communities is stronger than the other? Won't the stronger just force themselves on the weaker without considering their interest?
So you're saying that in this system of free association, its impossible to have separate communities (much like nation states) but rather the constant need for interaction between individuals and small groups would be so constantly changing that it would create a sort of global community?
im on the fense with this video. i dont think the way they hastled the reporter was fair. They wouldnt really let the dude speak. I myself believe in anarchism and hate corporate media. just something about this video. Fly the red and black!
I agree with the protest march but not with this video. This is a local news reporter from the Twin Cities. He has nothing to do with the corruptions of our gov't. If you want to point fingers, do it the real source of our economic stigma.
Wow poopsikinz, thank you for opening my eyes! Stealing food and only buying "American" made clothing really advances your cause. No matter how "authentic" you claim your movement which you associate with is, you still enjoy the benefits to speak out against the government that fights for your right to do so. If anyone cared as much as you do they would be fighting for a voice as an ELECTED OFFICIAL like normal citizens do; not show up every 4 years during election season 2 riot and vandalize.
Yeah it's really sad how brainwashed all these anti-corporate types are. They would be the first to open up 're-education' camps yet somehow they act like they are fighting for 'justice.' What a load.
HAHA, blaming the ABC reporter because he "works for the corporations." I'd like to know which corporations made the clothes those hippies are wearing, or the lattes they drink, or the cars they drive, or the food they buy. Someone needs to regulate these hippies pronto.
ABC is owned by disney so they decide what is seen on TV and by working for them he's allowing it and promoting it. and by the way we eat free or stolen food. either union or american made clothing and shoes, or free. i dont drive and i dont drink lates. you need some regulation before you spew your ignorance.
While I sympathize with their sentiment, I have to disagree with the way they implement their ideas. I fail to see what hounding a local newsman accomplishes.
the question is not just one of corporation or not.. it has to do specifically with the question of commercial media corporations. as primary income is derived from advertisers, those advertisers are the customers they serve with shallow analysis and simple mythologies about consumption.
the consumers of commercial media are NOT the customers. commercial media sells AUDIENCES (you) to advertisers.
it is not a legitimate role, what ABC guy does.. it is deeply deceptive. before he even speaks.
This gentleman says advertising keeps this company in business.
well lets not forget the pennies from ticket sales, toy lines, dvd sales, theme parks, copyright fees, patents, disney store, CD sales (h Montana) They own Hollywood records. disney cruise lines. Sporting events (aneihiem Mighty Ducks).
Yeah disney must be desperate for advertising considering 2007 income was 35 Billion.
I'm not saying there perfect but if you don't like don't watch.
and now you'll understand why they guy in the tie has money in his pocket, and these antagonistic assholes are squatters, get a clue.... oh yea, get a job....
ABC guy was standing still and this bitch just wanted to pick a fight, moral of the story: girl in 5 years two kids and on whelfare. not god bless america, GOD SAVE AMERICA.
anarchist pricks are so closed minded and dumbasses. "big corporations" ooooohhhhh the boogyman fucking losers

Is it possible to have too much democracy, is my question.

Im sorry about that. I do not quite understand your question "Is it possible to have too much democracy ?" People vote and majority wins

Ok here comes a cliche:
There's two communities right? One of them needs to build a bridge, but the other doesnt want them to because it will disturb their neighborhood or something. How would this dilemma be solved?
decontrol4unis 2 years ago
When I think of anarchism I think of hundreds of communities connected together.

There will be no stronger communities because all work together to help each other.

Thats what I thought because it alows other communities to get what they need efficiantly without relying only on themselves.
