  • Rifkin states Obama's heart was in green energy, but implies his lack of business knowledge and/or experience may have prevented him from connecting the dots and putting all the necessary components together like the public/private partnerships of Germany. Perhaps a guy like Romney would have been better suited for that task; but GOP and Romney have 0 interest (at least that I'm aware of) in promoting green energy. Wish we could find a green/business candidate. Sounds like that's the future!
