I'm sure the creators of this travesty probably got a B+ in their Community College Film class but it's such an awful P.O.S. What the lame people who made this video did to this seminal punk song filled with poetry and angst is the equivalent of adding a laugh track to "No Country For Old Men," "The Road," or "Platoon."

If life continues on earth for another couple billion years, this will still be the worst video every made.

This is one of my all-time favorite songs and I saw them at 930 Club in DC around 20 years ago. However, this is probably the worst video I've seen posted on YOUTUBE. The video is so lame and doesn't evoke the spirit of the song in any way.

Of course, if you participated in the video, or you're family or friends, you'll say it's great but I can't imagine ever seeing a worse video on YOUTUBE.

No doubt, Michael Azzerad's Our Band Could Be Your Life is required reading to learn about some of the most essential bands from the 80's alternative scene. the title comes from a Minutemen song and the book chronicles other monumental groups like Husker Du, Sonic Youth, Minor Threat, Fugazi and MOB. God, what incredible music they made back then! they remain some of my favorites today. particularly affecting, the DIY attitude of Black Flag, who paved the way for so many others to follow...
