I'm being stupid, I must be missing something real obvious. I can't find a 'tag fill' button anywhere in TVPaint, nor on the forums. It doesn't seem to be in the TVPaint or PPallete manuals either. Been looking for ages. Can anyone help?
Does anyone know if there are any official TVP tutorials anywhere starting from beginer all the way to pro?. I have the software and its just plain confusing and the layout just looks messy to me, i cant get my head around it, and thats comming from someone thats really good with PS CS3
hello - what software would you recommend for 2D animation - tvpaint? photoshop cs3 /cs4 extended or fireworks cs3 - i own TVP 8? AND I LIKE IT ! if any of these programs, what do you think work best . - i want to be able to have clear brush strokes and illustrative freedom with my own drawings and colours also is there a great difference between TVP 8 and 9 -i realize this is kinda a dumb question thank again! any advice would help brilliant tutorials
Too true! It's easy to fall prey to the urge to make more brush strokes in attempt to "help" a part of the painting when in actuality that area was fine to begin with.
I try to think of painting an area as a way to change the relationship between that area and its surroundings. We have the natural ability to sense when that relationship is off, but need the judgement to tell which side of the relationship needs the alteration.
tvpaint is powerful :)
