Dude, stop misleading people, when u typed help u did that at cmd pro. not on telnet.exe. anyways in telnet there are not many commands max 6 if i still remember. c - close , ? - help, q- quit and so forth.

You connected to a port that didn't accept your query. Then you opened another Command Prompt and typed "help" and made it look like you were still in telnet.

you have to enable it

you cant simply connect to any pc, what he has done here has opened a telnet and telnetted into an ip but it rejected his query so he had another command prompt open, just look at the difference when he minimizes it and then brings it back up he is retarded tbh
