I think the dr. did a great job. It looked natural and not overly done. I do believe that if you are black you should see a dr. who knows the features of your ethnicity very well. You can come out looking like Lil Kim if you see a white dr. who isn't experienced with alot of ethnicity's. And although I think the end result is good, I don't believe it's a good developement. I have a big nose and will keep it until the day that I die! This is how I was made and what suits my ethnicity.

Extremely disproportionately large facial features are not desirable in any race, regardless of shape.
But now reshaping your features so as to purely emulate European features is another story...
