(i'm really sorry I hope I'm not being too annoying asking all of these questions) But, if you do see this, can you recommend to me a good, cheap-ish universal battery charger? I eventually would like to own a few different mods and I need to pick one up eventually.
Dude your the Biggest freebie yesman ive ever seen. stop making videos bro.. your not cool cuz you vape. your just a hipster dufus sucking on an electronic cock.
About those tobacco flavors not tasting like tobacco and there always being "some thing going on". I agree, but It would be really interesting to see Grimm Green reviwing the Totally Wicked Cigar. In my view it's the closest to a tobacco flavor I've ever tasted. It's a bit over powering right out of the bottle, but it can be diluted to 50/50 and it still comes extremely close to being a cigar/tobacco taste.
Grimm, just get the variable volt Joker and all those problems will go away plus you'll save money and it looks way way better than that buzz. Keep on vapin'!
Glad someone finally posted an honest review about the Buzz. I don't want to carry around a damn phillips head screwdriver just to change the voltage... fuck that!
just saying man good vid and just wanted to add a lil info for ya if my info is right the buzz has built in protection the light is supposed to change colors as your batts drain down and also the red light on the one batts you were mentioning is a failsafe mechanism of sorts basicly the batts protection circuit was setting off the buzzes protection circuit which shuts the mod down for safety just a lil fyi for ya bud love the vids keep em comming
While this device seems to lack refinement, I do appreciate the innovation. I have not seen variable voltage before. That does seem like a nice feature to have.
We need someone to combine these features: USB, 510, autofill juice, on/off switch, protected batteries, and variable voltage. We'd have a killer then.
First off a good review except for a couple of mistakes.
There is no soldering needed, the 1 wire is attached to the cap by a small screw and I only ever experience a drop off in vapor production when my Ultrafire 3.7v cr123a's are close to being discharges, like a few drags away.
1st.. you're wrong about solder inside the cap to be able to change out 510/901/801.. unscrew the cap and look inside before stating how much a pain it is to change it.
2nd you're also wrong about the voltage draining off as batts get lower. If you use the batteries it's made for (2x 3.6) instead of 3.2v batts, you'll see the difference.
After using it for a short time, it's pretty easy to tell the difference between the light and the switch.
@TheMixitman sorry meant to add on the batts there is a cutoff that will trigger the red-light at 6v, which is what happens when older 3.2v batts aren't quite putting out 6.4 volts (one maybe at 3.0, another at 2.8?)
@TheMixitman Yeah I was using 3.7v batteries in this vid. Are 3.6 better in the buzz? The top looked soldered in to me,which is why I said I "think" it would be a pain to change, but I can give it another look. Thanks for the feedback
@GrimmGreen I'm using the same UltraFire 3.6v 880mAh that I got with my buzz awhile back and they work wonderful. The only time my flavor/vape drops is when the batts are REALLY close to being dead.. like, 3 or 4 hits and the light goes red.
I'm not trying to be a fanboy and bash your review.. just seems there were a couple issues you were a little unclear of :)
I totally agree on the 901.. hate it.. I've got the 901 connector and 100% of the time have the 510 adapter on top lol
too bad they didnt send one of their auto feed juice thingys..what ever ya' call em' they just strap on the side with velco, would have been nice to see what you thought of it looks like they'd work on any pv
@GrimmGreen Grimm, I have used some before. IMO they don't work as well as the 510 carto's. To me it talks way to long to get good vapor from them and they are a mother to fill. Just my .02 cents
Great review as always mate, did you get chance to check out my jackbox review, gonna be reviewing a 5v juice box and a variable voltage juice box very soon, same maker as the jackbox and all the same size , cheers glenn
Once again, nice review. The whole variable PV thing is exciting as we move into that. For now, my GLV2 at 5v keeps me VERY happy. You do any reviews yet of Ms. T's juices?
@craigmoller1969 Good call on the Ms. T's. I had a friend get the 'frosted cinnamon bun' or something similar and I was blown away by its flavor. Not an all day vape, but a great desert/breakfast flavor. I would love to see some reviews as well.
personally I'm waiting for Grimm to do a review for DIY Flavor Shack's clove liquid, since I think its better than TV (too much cinnamon imo, makes my stomach hurt) and far superior than V4L (no perfume taste)
when I get it tomorrow or saturday, I'll let you know how it is. I can't wait to get it. DIY makes it's own clove juice, so I know it won't be imported and won't have a perfume taste.
@craigmoller1969 i have actually never tried any of the Ms. T's juices , it's one of those things i have have always kept in mind, but never pulled the trigger you know?

Great review. One off topic question, Where are you getting your 510 carto's?
LoneStarVape 1 year ago
It would be cooler if you could spin the top to change the voltage instead. Also without the top coming off lol.
Also would like a 510 connection on it.

@bustedbit pointing out errors in a review is being a dick? If you say so, dick.

@TheMixitman No, but there is a better way to do it. Point it out, but don't be a dick about it, its not complicated.
