  • Could'nt get my head round what he was meaning till 5:10 when action man cleared things up for me.

  • i agree... starts @ 4:34

    6:27 lol

interesting enough theory tho... the weight is off axis so you can roll it in stages and be able to take breaks without bearing the full weight...and the more loops you have around, the lower the gear you're in, so to speak. ?

  • what a bungeling stuttering completely annoying presentation. Good theory though.

  • Oh God I lol'd. Well played sir, well played.

  • Thanks very informative, I'm also looking into really long levers to balance huge blocks on one corner and then rotating, in order to move long distances. That might be how they did easter island, and that giant block in egypt bigger than a building.

  • Why isn't the stone or weight in the center of the egg or wheel? It seems it would be easier to move if balanced. I like the informative aspect of this video because it will lead me in new research. I'm looking into moving heavy things from one place to another, so far I am only lifting upwards.

  • @primesurvival the idea is that it is easier to move by putting two weights at opposite ends. This trick is done for "rolling up Hill" If you have the center of mass near the rim and push that weight forward a little the circle will go to rest with the mass down giving the appearance of a disc rolling up a hill. The counter balance then is to help with the next rotation so you can keep rolling it up hill easier.
