  • Fucking Josh.

  • I seriously get tired of the misperceptions of anarchy...first of all there are different kinds of anarchy and secondly research anarchy first before you make misinformed judgements and comments about "anarchy"...it would be an interesting read in my opinion...

  • 1.21: "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE, YOU HEAR ME!?!" That peace officer sounded like Rambo right there! Then the others were saying "disperse" "disperse" like some crows cawing. Eerie. Trippy little social interaction caught on tape here...

  • Exempt

  • am i still getting comment replies on this video? IDC anymore, i get it, cops are magical w/e, its all bs

  • whats stopping your sister from being rapped or murdered is the cop that just arrested the man who rapped and murdered 6 other women and your sister was next on his list, This generation is filled with fuck ups and queers who think they were born like that, when actuality daddy use to molest you when u were 6, while mommy witnessed everything, and where were the police you ask? Well it seems that mommy just never had the heart to call the cops, she would just rather pretend it never happened.

  • restate, if someone has a cam do it,

I thought I had that in there,

not to encourage suing our civil servants, they do so much for us,(depending) blah etc, i dont care and dont write me again pharm it annoying getting messages from youtube for shit like this, its like spam.

  • Lol, I dont care about this discussion with you man

But, did he look like he was a fighter? that he needed three guys? Note to everyone, if a cop pushes you and someone has a cam, fall and break your nose, it will be a good investment.

No we dont know what he did prior, what we know is someone with handcuffs (unless they were left at the pig sty) needs two other people to pin one guy who isnt resisting? having a rambo moment much? LOL

Yeah i dont care anymore, srry old topic, new vids to see

  • "...if a cop pushes you and someone has a cam, fall and break your nose, it will be a good investment."

this is of course the extent of the substance underlying each and every claim of police brutality issued by whitekids at these little lenningrad larps they perform.

we do know what happened prior to the scene depicted here. in fact we know it from josh's own interview with the arrestee. he was being arrested, as described earlier, for unarresting another whitekid...

  • ...who had struck the officer's partner in the skull, splitting it and almost killing him.

there is one cop, i don't see where you see three holding the li'l douchebag down. the little white upper-middleclass whitekid is clearly resisting. but i suppose if you're always play-acting that you're some besieged revolutionary in the final hour of some grand twilight struggle against a darth vader-like evil, then you probaly only see what your fevers allow you to see most of the time.

  • disperse...

  • I love that the girl says "he's not resisting arrest" yet it takes 2 cops to wrestle with the guy (and you can hear him grunting)[1:00-1:10].

These kids are looking to cause drama. At the end the kid says "I don't have the right to stand here?" It's called "Loitering," so...no I guess you don't.

  • the irony of her shrill exclaimation is that the guy is being held for "lynching" - or what is known to smelly anarchist whitekids as "unarresting" - which is to assault an officer in the midst of a lawfull arrest so as to free the arrestee from custody. the individual this guy "unarrested" had just moments before attempted to murder the officer's partner by blunt trauma to the skull.

  • Once again Clemtoe, that is not accurate. The person being arrested got charged with attempted lynching of himself, or trying to have the crowd remove him from cops custody, because the police officer says that he said "help me" while he is choking him. You can see the arrestee in the chokehold in frame 00:36.

  • Why are all those people standing around when the police officer is trying to do his job? Why arent they studying and reading and inventing new technologies to save our environment. Hippies and anarchists and freelance journalists are just people who add nothing to our society of any use. STay in school, play a sport, become an entertainer. DO SOMETHING useful. Those kids should be thanking those cops. Spoiled little brats.

  • That cop nearly strangled that person to death, he had him in a chokehold. What the hell do you know.

  • Good job and great restraint by the cop. Should be used for training.

  • Its not a gun. Its a tazer gun. Also cool video.

  • why the fuck he pull his gun out, he was not going to shoot, i wish a cop pull his gun out on me

  • Jahzeel23.....[i wish a cop pull his gun out on me] It's really sad you would wish that on yourself.....cuz you'd lose, sooner or later.

  • Boring.

  • I said DISPERSE!!!!

  • If that's you in that video, your a fucking strangler!

  • dont he have international imunity?

  • Bush did away with the notion that we respect the U.N., treaties or international law when he told the U.N. to go to hell and invaded the sovereign nation of Iraq to prove his intelligence about weapons of mass destruction was correct.

  • This dude stole the footage and did not credit the sources.

  • If a cop orders you to "service him" it is an unlawful order cop or no cop. Do not comply. While Josh was non-compliant with a CRIMINAL ACT of ABDUCTION by agents who had no jurisdiction, a judge and prosecutor who had no legal right to request anything....CLEMTOE IS civilly liable for stealing footage without clearing it first. Youtube is protected, but Clemtoe is liable and may be sued. Josh broke no law, but Clemtoe did and he owes josh at least the $500 the TV networks paid.

  • Well, I guess Josh DID comply with the ABDUCTION and unlawful detention, he just didn't comply with the unlawful requests.

  • arson, thats weak.the anarchist around hear kill police.

and i am a proud supporter of that.if you let another human tell you what you can and cant do,your no better than livestock.you can tell me im wrong, but what do you know, you do what your told.

  • then hmmm why don't u live in africa? where there is less rules. Because you are unable to contribute to the better of society and thrive.... you want to tear society down and lower it to your standard

  • actually,... geeze, it's been a year? huh.

in any case, the arson footage was posted on indymedia and i have that too. the footage was posted oonly after having heavy effects laid over it, so as to obscure the riotters.

the idea of posting it was to show that the fire was such that it couldn't have done much damage. indeed, i suspect that the riotters expected the 6" polystyrene foam they made their signs from to goo up like thermite. but it better resembled the pathetic barricades...

  • ...they tried to make from the signs and newspaper boxes dragged into the streets featured in the "full" video.

but the point of setting the sign on fire and sliding it under the police vehicle as it crawlwed down the street was to stop the vehicle and spring the ambush in which they nearly fufilled their intention of murdering a cop. to the extent that it was successful in that respect, whether it was a big fire or not is a red herring.

i don't know where that snippet came from.

  • "anarchists", as you might expect all seem to have parents who can afford to buy them $2000 cameras.

it should however be kept in mind that the original tape never left josh's possession, and his case was dropped by an incoming ag who just wanted to clear his desk (he dumped wolf, and nailed bernie ward - fair trade?)

so, who know's what, after so many months of floating between hands freindly to wolf, wolf actually finally ended up showing the judge?

  • Oh and thanks for including an update telling everyone that he DID release the footage and there's no arson in it.

  • oops, i responded uinder the wrong comment. see below.

  • In that whole, lengthly description of the video you provided, there's not much about the video at all. It came up under a search for "police brutality" but you don't seem to care about that. How can you make such accusations like "Josh says..." How do you know it was him and not someone standing next to him? And of course you'd like to think anyone who stands up for oneself is an "anarchist."

  • actually, i posted the video josh posted to indymedia in full without cuts or commentary, and reserved my comments for the sidebar text. had i so much as dropped a title at the head of it, people like you would pretend that that was evidence of manipulation, so i thought it best to not do so. in the sidebar text, i provided the context of what is being viewed, which is, i think for most viewers, a welcome thing. believe it or not, most people seeing a video of cop struggling with a white kid...

  • ... in a black sweatshirt with his buddies lurking about menacingly and sypathise with the cop. but mine was the least edited version of the video which was up for a while, so i can understand why you might be upset that the sidebar text rendered it useless for propaganda purposes.

umm...what else? the same voice is the loudest voice of similar volume in two different camera positions and sounds like josh wolf, who's voice can be studied from any of a dozen videos.

  • wolf identifies himself as an anarchist in several of those videos, and in any case i'm not sure that whining is the same thing as "standing up". at this point i suppose at this point i should jump ahead of you and confirm that yes, josh wolf is a real person and not an illusion i've concoted here in my government bunker. we did land on the moon.

  • and also, it's to be noted that, at least in this case, the anarchist is not standing up for himself, rather, he enlistsd the national lawers guild, which is stalinist in it's dna, to stand up on his behalf.

finally, it shows up under the keywords "police brutality" because i placed them in the description. i want people to confront the fact that no brutality is shown, that in fact the situation arose from the protester's acts of violence, and that leftists lie about these things.

  • ed: i delete misinformation

  • Haha, I love morons that don't understand when they're wrong and yell at cops, always fun to see them get their just deserves.

  • pointing a gun on american citizens... tsk tsk tsk

  • it's not a gun. it's a taser. they are not citizens by their own proffession, they are anarchists who reject the institutions of a republic or nation-state. so, 0 for 2.

  • No taser at that event. They were loaded GUNS. .40 caliber to be exact. Cops in SF don't use Tasers.

I was there and one of them pointed his gun at my stomach for more than a minute.

  • OH? Have a crowd coming towards you..screaming like a bunch of banshees..and see what YOU would do..

Teenagers ..need to learn more respect for the word.. LEAVE< DISPURSE>> tsk tsk tsk

  • never mind rebelgirl. she is a liar. she has even claimed to be at the event and be the "other" possessor of the original footage. the weapon in the video is a taser.

  • Those protesters should all have got the wood shampoo.

  • As I said " I have no understanding of the context" Thanks for repeating that.

Maybe they should learn the law. Maybe petition. Maybe find out if what happened was illegal, or could be brought to court.

I don't care for violence, but I'm also not prepared to side with one party or another based on such limited evidence.

    Thanks for your comments

  • WHy not go to city hall, get a petition going? WHy all the adolescent and "revolutionary" drama?

Probably because your ideas aren't that good.

Not good to see the violence though, but I have no understanding of the context this was in.

  • It shows that you have no "understanding of the context."

Petition? hah! Maybe they should write a letter to their congressman or maybe hold a prayer vigil.

If you don't like violence why don't you take a trip to Iraq and Afghanistan. Or better yet find out about the context of the issues before reproaching kids.

  • fuck the police! cocksucking motherfuckers with ugly children!

  • Those cops suck ass!

  • i thought this video was going to be better... i grew up on the streets of South Central LA (Watts to be exact) and i know what police brutality is.. im sorry to say that this is not brutality..

  • "Fajita boy?"

  • Josh needs to quit straddling the fence.Either he's an activist,or he's a journalist. He can't be both. The video is no better than the filth on tv everyday. The only thing I see wrong is the disrespectful mouths in the background.Moral decay is running rampant in our own country.Josh needs to get a life, and grow up,and hold himself accountable for his own actions.Read the interview with Kevin Sikes. He's crawfishing through the entire interview. He reminds me of someone with something to hide.

  • Absolutely, countindown777, this guy isn't a journalist, he's a leftist agitator and the people behind him are leftist terrorists. People like him should be detained or deported. He should go to Venezuela and get a job making propaganda for Chavez.

  • That's what I'm screaming.I have friends that are cops, and they hate to have to be rough, but the world is much different than the world our parents grew up in.Sometimes their put in situations where they have no choice but to be rough and mean.I wouldn't have their job.Let us all bare in mind that there is too much bad advise in the world, and human philosophy is usually always the culprit.

  • Thank god for the NRA.

  • For all of you complaining about police brutality and no goverment. try living in China where any discent will bring you to prison (not jail)

Or Iran or North Korea just to name a few.

  • stop comparing use to other country we are not any better its only the Neo Right that talk like this. If we don't stop oppression hear then its never going to stop. ignoring the injustices hear is the wares form of violence and your cermets encourage this. So please read more, learn more before speaking, it would help the world a lot.

  • So what's your argument? That as long as it's not as bad as China, Iran or DPRK it's ok?

  • No I am not saying that. We may live in a flaw society as well but it a good society. Lets Discuss this vid. This is only a snap shot of what occured. We don't know what occured before the video taping.

If police brutality occured..let the officer lose his job. If the "victim" perpeturated a crime, let him be arrested.

  • The vid you can see more of here or at the josh wolf site. You weren't discussing the vid you were discussing systems in Countries I doubt you know much about besides the biased view you been force fed on TV.

  • Someone will always think their smarter.Keep the pitiful manmade philosophy you have been taught out of the way,and maybe then you can comment.Until then shut up!

  • Not sure how you come to the conclusion I think I'm smarter or that my point of view is anything other than my own and I certainly won't shut up.

  • i'm very certain some guy is guilty of being groomed to case targets for terrorism. I have no proof of this because clemtoe won't give it up.

I believe clemtoe has tapes of this crime. IF HE DOES NOT FORTHWITH produce these tapes I move to have him stripped of his citizenship and held without trial for the rest of his natural life.

  • clemtoe your position here reveals that GOPtards will abandon the ferderalist "state's rights" position in a heartbeat if they can damage civil liberties further or harm journalism.

  • why would a"goptard" want to harm journalism? i thought the media was rightwing? :)

  • right. noting in passing that wolf retains his citizenship and will remain in jail only for the duration of the grand jury, and that if the attorneys for the government were as hysterical and given to fantastic exageration as you seem to be that we would have an abusive police state on our hands, i'm open to hypothetical and roleplay.

on what basis do you suspect that i'm in possession of materials relating to the crime?

  • On the basis that everyone knows what the 1995 supreme court decision means regarding federal jurisdiction and the need for the feds to prove "substantial effects on interstate commerce." A cop enforcing out of his jurisdiction is a crook. To want to support these crooks you must know something you are not telling us.

  • your incoherance makes this pointless. i offer to play along and you can't even follow the premise you started.

  • OH YOU WANT STICK TO THE GAME, OK. Then my answer is that josh wolf charged multiple tv networks $500 each for showing the tape you are publicly displaying on youtube without clearing it first. So unles you also paid the $500 you must own the footage you are showing here. Allegedly there was a conspiracy by one of these enemy combatants shown to "firebomb" a police car. Want to play some more? I would have called my point about jurisdiction "pointless" too if I couldn't refute it.

  • There were enough of us there. We could have maimed or killed that cop (murder is killing innocents), liberated the homeboy, and moved on. Instead we waited for more cops. What the fuck?

  • the california shield law protects josh wolf's right to keep his source materials confidential. this is a case about an assault on a san francisco police officer and the vandalism of a san francisco police cruiser. i don't see how you can argue that wolf shouldn't be afforded the protections offered under california law. the media is not an investigative tool of the police.

  • josh wolf is not "the media". the guys who videotaped their buddies doing drive-bys with a paintball gun were not "the media".

  • if josh is not a freelance journalist, then who is? how many stories does one have to cover, and for whom, before one qualifies as a journalist? do any journalists, freelance or otherwise, deserve protection from state intervention in their journalistic endevers? most importantly, do we want to live in a world where self-identified and/or nationally recognized journalists can, at a whim, become an investigative arm of the government?

  • yes. we want to live in a world where evidence and witnesses can be subpoenaed in criminal cases.

as for the other nonsense, the question is who isn't a journalist by the josh wolf measure? if i want to protect a felon, all i have to do is blog about it? or how about this: i have a baton and a gun. am i a cop?

  • what is the minimum number of subscribers a youtuber must have to be afforded 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th amendment rights? 100? 1000? 10000?

  • zero. or rather, the matter is irrelivant. josh wolf's rights were not violated.

  • California law is clear about Josh's rights.

If the feds knowingly stretch past the limits of the interstate commerce law to reach outside its jurisdiction, prosectorial immunity doesn't protect fraud.

The FBI and the two SFPD detectives in conspiracy with them need to be put on stand in a civil tort to explain to a jury exactly why they violated instead of protected Josh's rights & how exactly a city police car substantially effects interstate commerce.

  • "Mr. Wolf has asserted his Fifth Amendment Right against Self incrimination at the June 1, 2006 court hearing and grand jury proceedings oif said date. Mr. Wolf once again through council invokes his Fifth Amendment Right against self incrimination in this pleading." Jose Louis Fuentes, Attorney for Joshua Wolf.

  • The Bush Administration infringing on California's rights. California has a "Shield Law" that protects journalists from being forced to reveal unpublished materials. To get around that, the federal government is using this outrageous argument: because the San Francisco Police Department receives federal funding, the vandalism of an SFPD cruiser is a federal matter. I thought Republicans supported states' rights and wanted a small, non-intrusive federal government?

  • every part of that is wrong. the case is not being brought by the bush administration. the bush administration is not the plaintif in the case. the shield law protects "sources", as meant to indicate living, breathing third parties, not recordings or notes. a journalist cannot legally defy a subpoena to testify on something witnessed or reported on first-hand any more than any other citizen.

  • finally, wolf is not a "journalist" any more than is someone submitting a tape of a nut-crunch to america's funniest home videos.

though he has not been charged as such, what jodh wolf is is accessory to a violent assault with intent to kill by virtue of protecting the perpetrator's identity.

  • though josh wolf martyr propganda omits it, wolf pleaded the fifth in the grand jury. in other words, he refused to produce the video because he and his attorney believed that the evidence therein would incriminate him.

  • Again I'd really appreciate your source so we can verify this. Or are you "protecting your source?" lol.

  • The calfornia court of appeals, which DOES have jurisdiction in this case has stated you are absolutely wrong. Josh is a protected journalist according to the shield law which specifically names "unpublished materials" protected.

  • The reason josh wolf refers to what they want specifically as "unpublished materials" is because that is the exact wording of the shield law that very much does protect him and specifically his "unpublished materials" which the FBI wants to use to build files on people with 'questionable politics.' Josh won't be an unpaid spy for a corrupt government LYING about jurisdiction to deny Josh his right to liberty.

We are not legally bound to comply with an unlawful order.

  • A bunch of jackass teenagers obstructing traffic for hundreds of other people just trying to get along with their daily lives.

I can't help but think the cops didn't use enough force. Because I sure as hell would've got out and snapped these emo kids in two if they were in my way when I was trying to go somewhere.

Josh Wolf isn't a journalist, he's an assclown with a camera, that doesn't make you a journalist.

  • According California State law where the court of appeals protected a couple bloggers from the Apple corp. Josh is the very definition of a California journalist. Read the court's decision regarding sharing news over the internet. He is 100% protected by state law. The feds are out of their jurisdiction and they are criminals becasue they KNOW it and lie.

  • everything you said makes sense clemtoe, but I believe that you have to be proven guilty to go to jail

  • Josh is guilty of protecting himself to the best of his ability from feds out of their jurisdicion. Exactly like if some Iranian cop came over to arrest you for "adultery" according to federal law in their jurisdiction and you showed contempt for his authority because you are protected by your own state's laws and they have no jurisdiction. They would merely be kidnappers, like the feds are in this case.

  • well, there's no denying that he was guilty for what he went to jail for, which wasn't for his involvement in the events of that evening, but for his refusal in court to honor a subpoena issued to him.

  • Pulling a gun for protecting a friend... What a peice of shit

  • it's not a gun, it's a taser. they were not "protecting a friend" but rather mobbing up on a lone officer. their captured friend was being lawfully restrained after acting as a prime intrument in an ambush during which an officer's skull was split open with a hammer.

  • Sorry. In Australia we don't have tasers for some reason... It's the baton straight to the gun... Makes no sense at all eh. I didn't make comment on the lead up to the incident because I didn't knw exactly what happened. I feel for police sometimes.

  • YAY POLICE!

  • fuck the police

  • smolenski, WOW such a hugh vocabulary! F.. the cops.. very original... wonder where you went to grade school ... they must be proud of you.. growing up and making such an eloquent argument.... no one can compete with a purusasive argument like yours...... NOT

  • i love the cops!

  • The police are the enemy. Josh wolf is a hero.

  • Sfbest, then go marry Josh and buy a island where the whole lot of anarhcist can live primatively... If you don't like organized goverment ... go move away. If you stay you are a hippocrite enjoying the benefit of society while at the same time

    critizing it

  • if you are an American than the American government it is your government not just the fatasses who run it I could say to them get the hell out as well. if you are alive its your world. asking a born American to leave because police brutality is acceptable may as well be a regression, that man was unarmed, the video only shows the brutality nothing prior

  • this was originally a reply but youtube's system has an expiration or doesn't work

  • Realneurotiq'

I notice you do not respond to moderate voices of reason. you intention is just to justify brutality on the police or for people who can not work with in our system with out violence

  • the neurotic doesn't have any principle to stand on and certainly no facts which are pertainent to this case.

there's really no such thing as an "anarchist", and least of all a socialist one. they most closely approach a real thing when they enlist themselves as wetworkers for the stalinists who actually organize and run "antiwar" and anti-capitalist events.

  • mostly though, they're just middleclass whitekids undergoing horomone issues and seeking safe, rule-defined violence in which they can project some easy, fat crayon, junior high notion of political struggle onto their hatred of and dependency on their parents.

  • Realneuro,

How do you know he was not warned or provoked the cops. In order to minimize the danger of injury to them selves, others and the teh subject, The police must over whelm the subject so they contain him. Why dont you make a clip talking about brutality and mayhem some of these anarchist do. Other ones like gang violence. These are more urgent issue.

  • There is not brutality shown in this video.

  • If you people don't like how it is, move up to fucking Canada. god damn. poor cops these days. No one has any respect.

  • fuck him cops should have kicked the lot of ye around the place dirty hippies

  • What does Clemtoe mean Mr. Lappe?

  • mr. lappe should correct his reporting to reflect that what i've presented here is not the "original" footage; that the court is in possession of yet additional, but yet still edited footage distributed on bay cities imc, and that mr. wolf has plead the fifth to keep the remaining footage from being seen by the people he's bumming change soliciting sympathy from.

  • it should also noted that he has avoided mentioning his fifth ammendment plea in his tea dates and interviews with the alternative media.

  • I'm not saying you are wrong about that --If a fraudulent lying group of criminals hiding behind prosecutorial immunity were commiting kidnapping outsid of their jurisdiction, and I were that citizen I would defend myself from their unlawful abduction by any means possible. But out of curiousity, what was your source on that? Can I verify it?

  • Ouch right in the first amendment...

  • what does the first ammendment have to do with defying a subpeona?

  • Not the subpeona, the actual reason for his incarsuration.

  • the contempt charge stemming from his defiance of the suboena in court?

  • "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." -declaration of independence --That a city police car substantially effects interstate commerce is so inept or fraudulent an assertion, prosecutorial immunity is tragic here.

  • blah... I believe the basic of voiting is thorw away such goverment in a calm but orderly manner. Look at the % of kids that voite. If you don't vote then you have nothing to complain about

  • your anarchist friend said they should be more violent. the normal people commenting here have been saying that this rich white kid preoccupation with pantomiming revolution between juiceboxes and rail grinds wastes actual resources and, in a case like this, actually damages our system of law. its not just about "your moment" or "your story".

  • You idiots alternatly call these kids pussies and criminals. Alternatly say they should have been more violent and then ridicule them for deserving the brutality they borne.

  • Wow. If that website at the end doesn't say it all. Nice to know that the rich white kids pretending to be down for a "cause" still have daddy's trust fund.

  • here's the summary: rich white kids pretend to be "militant" up to, but excluding the moment their "militancy" is responded to, at which point they cry and simper and call their moms to update their blogs for them while they eat balogna sandwitches in a holding cell. then, when they get out, they're "militant" again.

  • ROFL!!!

  • im to lazy to read the text so ill go know without knowing what happened to the right so i dont know what happened. someone should have summarized it atleast.

  • What the hell is wrong with those people??? Yeah, let's just stand here and yell at the cop. Great! Why in the hell didn't a few of them start kicking that fucking pig in the face? Believe me, he would of let go and then they could of scooped up their friend and been gone!!!

    Destroy the facsists!!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liZN78gJXIE&mode=related&search=

  • That's... DESTROY THE FASCISTS!!!

  • so it's worth 60 years in prison to you to kick a cops ass? Cool. Stand up front at the next demo.

  • What is that supposed to mean? An "automatic" 60 years in jail??? That's ridiculous!! You would have to be caught first and the way I saw it was there was only ONE cop there at the time and he was abusing his power like most cops do in this country!! A couple of nicely placed kicks to the face would have put him out, then everyone takes off. It's very simple, you just really have to believe in what you are FIGHTING for!! PLEASE STAY HOME next time!!!

  • If you were really as "hardcore" as you try to make yourself sound on the internet, you'd be in jail or dead.

  • See people like you would kick the police officer for subduing the person ....pinning him down. How do you know the person on the floor didnt just rape a child at gun point?

All the cop did was held the person in a head lock till backup arrived.

msybe you would not have just said "kick the pig" if that person raped your kid sister.

  • the retard being held by the officer was being held in connection with an attack on the officer's partner with a blunt object which resulted in a fractured skull. the perpetrator was in custody when the retard being held here wrestled with the apprehending officer so as to allow the perpetrator to escape.

  • That's bullshit, your not telling the truth about this incident.

  • i wish cop died fromm it .!!

  • Sparksman (3 days ago)

Great video,i woulda kicked the cop in the head and had everyone book.
