I had played rs until i quit early in this year,and I know there are much people who are maxed cb. in the old days(like in 2006),however,few people had both 99 range and 99 mage :p

I remember seeing the number of people who had 99 range on highscore and there were about 5k people.

I don't know the truth,but i heard he's the one who started pk in bow and mystic robes :p
