  • this guy has BALLS OF STEEL

  • nice man..

  • lol I had one just like that, never did any drifting tho..

  • Geez, I thought Explorers had one of the worst rollover ratings ever..... Awesome driving btw

  • Why are explorers so easy to drift in? I have a 4L and i can easily slide

  • mamalona. asi es la mia y corre chingon

  • why must my explorer have an open diff

  • My 03 v8 explorer put it down like that i loved that shit it drifted so beautifully rain or dry asphault i used to kill it

  • Is it still regarded as drifting if the road is soaking WET !

  • @pelicanp00 yeah, considering the vehicle you have most likely won't do it on dry pavement either...and no, mine won't either, i'll admit that

  • Nice! Very well done. Skills!

  • SAVAGE

  • my 1999 has a v6 and it can drift but it cant hold. GOTTA HAVE THE V8

  • how to do the drift.....?

  • lmao @ this is not what they designed it for hehehehehehe, I love you lmao

  • now try it on dryland.

  • haha awsome fun me and a friend found a simaliar circle and drifted a 05 yukon 6.0vortec in the rain

  • It should enter Fd drift events with this thing! ;)

  • proper as fuck in an explorer

  • i was recently rented a chevy suburban and neutral droped it around a cirlcle like this i put it on two wheels

  • HELLO FUCK THEY DRIFT

  • in USA don't have insurance ? because all guy have 4.0 or 5.0 car , so cost per month no ?

  • Now that's how you drift.

  • 3 firstone employee's disliked this video :)

  • tahoe

  • @metinergin1903 nope...... pretty sure its a exlorer nice try tho

  • good thing u didn't have Firestone tires....it would have Rolled !! lol

  • @98Crownvic lmao..homie would have flipped i remember them 90's lol

  • That was bad ass how did you get it to do that they have no power

  • @jakepledger7 They are standard .

  • NICE VIDEO!

  • I was waiting for it to flip.

  • that was fucking sick

  • Also for all others that I see who have posted that this is drifting, you need to learn what drifting is, this is not drifting but I can understand how some peopel fail to know some things.

  • boy is stupid, thats for sure

  • DAMN where is this?!

  • NICE!!!

  • thats actually decent drifting

  • the fake behand a green screen

  • ever since i saw the first jurassic park i've liked these

    nice drift btw :D

  • thats what u call good driving i give u a 10

  • I love the sound of older Ford engines

  • need bigger wheels

  • (cleavelands voice) :" that's nice"

  • nice! Wishes from Germany(Munich)

  • Squidbillies right there

  • Was that one of the V8 Explorers? Cause the three Explorers we had all had the 4.0V6 and was gutless.

    Awesome drifting by the way!

  • @Chevypower265 Yeah man 4.0 V6, it wasn't fast....but if u watch the video, he powerbrakes right before he hits the circle, then the LSD kicks in

  • @MikeGatlin Yeah, I seen the powerbrake, the only time we ever got ours to powerbrake was in snow. Never would do it in the rain. Never tried to drift it though..lol. Still a great video and now in my favorites.

  • @MikeGatlin I like LSD ;)

  • @MikeGatlin haha the lsd. u guys shouldnt be fryin and drivin bud

  • @adammdamann ROFL I'm sure he meant Limited Slip Differential. LOL

  • @MikeGatlin my bros got a v8 second generation, now that thing kicks crap, lifted and 33" mud tires, once you get the tires caked with mud, you can drift and have fun. lol

  • @Chevypower265 that generation only had the 4.0 L V6. the 5.0 V8 came in 1995 with the redesign.

  • @Chevypower265 You might have had tranny issues, our was never gutless at all.

  • @Chevypower265 i dunno about gutless, mine was still pulling up a 32Degree mountain and stopped pulling at about 140km/h

  • @Chevypower265 thats a 91-94 explorer only engine available was the 4.0 V6 160HP

  • @Chevypower265 yeah i have the 4.0 and i could do that. but yes they are pretty gutless tho. sound cool tho

  • @Chevypower265 hahaa i drifted my 4litre on dry pavement

  • @Chevypower265 my 92 explorer 4.0 V6 325HP and 300 foot lbs of torgue. Do you know how many Z71 chevy trucks i beat the shit out of in a street race lol. Gutless my ass.

  • @69TheReaper You might have that kind of power with mods, but any stock one I have ever seen have all been gutless and clattered like crazy going up a hill or under a load, it didn't matter what type of fuel you run either.

  • @Chevypower265 I put in 1 mod lol. Costs 100 bucks and takes 5 minutes.

  • @Chevypower265 1st gens didnt have V8's. the 4.0L OHV V6 is gutless, but the 4.0L SOHC V6 has balls.

  • @Chevypower265 thats bs its not gutless i do this all the time in my explorer sport 4.0 sohc v6 and it halls balls maybe you had the less powerfull v6 the ohv

  • @henshalldood agree, my SOHC V6 is surprising for almost 200,000 miles

  • The Fast and the Furious: American Drift

  • That's a Ford for ya!

  • now try it without the rain!

  • @64bitgfx it's the 4.0 Cologne V6, great in a ranger, not enough in an explorer.

  • these things just dont give up :)

  • makes me wanna do it in my explorer

  • built ford tough bitch. good flick

  • damn that shit could flip over

  • And they say Asian cars make the best drifters - bah!

  • this video is a perfect example of why people SHOULDNT call them exploders. theyre fuckin sweet!!!

  • any performance upgrades done to it?

  • @1980andres highly doubt it? body doesn't look the best and its not hard to make a car drift on a wet road?

  • he a b east. i tried to drift my unlces explorer around a corner, i did it a lil bit i didnt wanna fuck his tires up more and i still need practice.. good job though . love it.

  • hey, I have that same vehicle, hmmmm.

  • Great job hands down know your Ford and Drive it well

  • I can do this too on a rainy road.

  • dont listen to the a holes that was the shit ,yeah it itsnt the best drift ,but its fn sweet with a older 4 door exploder, props

  • nice work, the old 4.0l v6 motors didnt make much in hp but made up for it in torque. though its hard to control how much gas to give with the explorer to pull off this stunt, i give the driver five stars!

  • this isn't drifting.. its power sliding

  • @kingofnone uhh it may be power sliding but i bet its a whole lot better then what you can do in your car.... if you think your shits so good post a video of what you call "drifting"

  • gud shit bro... fuckin looks like u can drift a limo too

  • is that a 4.0 l v6???

  • GOOD ONE

  • WHERE IS THIS ROUND ABOUT?

  • i had that very same explorer now i gave a 2002 i tyed drifting n almost crashed a couple of times

  • no way. fucking insane man

  • reminds me off that scene of dukes of hazzard, around the highway circle. lol

  • The kid did an awesome job much credit to him and explorers dont suck they are blazer killers.

  • watch and learn how the saudis does it

with a Tahoe LS 4x2 TAILGATE and guess what.. No water :)

    youtube.com/watch?v=zt1Nfirup0U

  • @MsBigmg no skill bro, look at the tire marks, he's all over the place...lucky to be getting around it....watch my video.....the tires are hitting the same line time after time!

  • @MikeGatlin the driver is only 17 years and I'm positively sure not anyone can handle the Tahoe like he did.. also don't forget about the size of the circle and of course the rain

  • @MsBigmg that was just bad ass!!! rolf!! nice drifting!

  • good god

  • Damn thats bad ass!! where is this at??

  • i dont think i can do this in mine...i have a 92 with a v6 in it...4.0

  • @ducatiman100 I have a 93 and yes if yours doesnt need a tune up and is a stick youd have no problem doing it ! actually I can do it dry and I have the same engine you do ! Mines a stick and the key is you have to know how too red line shift ....without blowin your engine ! my truck kicks ass for a v6.

  • @1974nyarlathotep i mean i could do it if i rebuilt the motor....i have 500,000 miles on it now and its getting sort of weak and yes mine is a stick...

  • @ducatiman100 You could on smooth wet pavement. his has a 4.0 v6 also, thats the only engine available in first gen (91 - 94) explorers. the biggest risk is rolling.

    and mikegatlin, nice job!

  • It's rwd. All explorers are rwd or awd if 4x4 is engaged.

  • isn't it fwd?

  • try that with a toyota of the same age... explorers are the best suvs ever made :)

  • that looks like it would be hella fun! i would need a bucket sitting next to me if i threw up

  • that was pretty cool but i was kinda waiting for the explorer to hit a hole

  • whippin skillzz!!!

  • that was nasty,

  • very cool. very

  • thats badass

  • damn kinda shocked you didnt roll it driftin like that looked cool though

  • very nice! i'm pretty sure my 92 Explorer wouldn't like that since it doesn't have anti-sway bars or good street tires, but I might try that in the '91 Explorer next time we have enough rain on the ground!

  • must feel like the world is tipping over inside that thing haha good skills!

  • hahah im doing this!! hahah

  • we have one ford explorer to

and a 1995 chevy pick up

  • ive had my explore completly side ways for 20 ft

  • lol nice. donuts dont take skill douche

  • its really NOT just a donut. douche

  • Never thought id see a drift that good in a shitty old explorer haha

    Nice job though

  • @fastand2furious My 93 sport can do that dry around whatever piece of crap you happen to own, and I make a joke of chevy trucks everyday... so I guess ill stick with my shitty exlorer then ! as far as chevys go there good for steel weight at the scrape yard..

  • @fastand2furious shitty old explorer? first gen explorers were the baddest small suv made! good axles, non unibody, etc.

  • @fastand2furious Whoa now, say what you will about his drifting, but I own a 94' Explorer 4x4 XLT, and she happens to run better at 227k miles than most cars of that era.

  • for some reason thats badass

  • fuck yer man thats the best drifting iv seen in a suv for ages on youtube do it again

  • You've got skilll man!!!

    :D

  • dam you would be pretty good in a 240 fersure.

  • haha first time ever seeing a suv drifting thats pretty BA

  • This is very very good drifting for a SUV. He go out pf the yellow line GOOD JOB!!! LOL

  • now thatz awesome lol.........very brave.......i've drifted mine too, but the first time was accidental lol......

  • did you crash or tip over?

  • neither, my tires sucked and i was coming onto the freeway at 15mph it was raining hard as hell and the rear kicked out and i saw myself about to hit the wall so i countersteered and put my foot intot he pedal and controlled it all the way down.......changed the tires on the truck the next day

  • i had the same 1 but mine was a 5spd i miss that thing

  • thats the best drift I've ever seen with an SUV

    awesome man!

  • Thanx bro!

  • that was awesome, considering the length of the drift and the vehicle

  • NICE!!!

  • NICE!

  • Gotta give it to you for keeping that thing in control in the rain

  • that was fuckin raw as hell

  • thats awsome

  • that was raw as fuck brother

  • just for this vid im subscribing this is one of the most kick ass things i have ever seen

  • holy shit

  • Wow... nice!

  • Skills!

  • Pretty good!

  • that was superb haha

  • nicely done!!!

  • well done

  • That's awsome my explorer did tht too its a 2006 ford explorer limited.

  • that was awesome

  • lol did that on a dry circle with my 92 5speed explorer heh heh sliped the beed lol creds man lots of them

  • Simply awesome.

  • atta boy!

  • I wish my old Explorer had that much power. Mine SUCKED!

  • lol this is one of the best vids on youtube

  • more of power sliding there was a little drift ..still nice video man

  • Hey guys...I just posted another video of a g35 going around the same circle , check it out

  • haha no its going around in a circle

  • wow this is not drifting dumbass

  • What are you smoking yes it is

  • if this aint drifting i dont know what is, and your a fucking idiot...give this guy and his dumbass friends(for standing in the way of a drifting explorer that is known for being top heavy) creds for even pulling this shit.

  • nice... for the other guys - explorers don't flip by themselves!!! you have to hit something while sliding, like a curb or pot hole, or most trucks flip on the whip when they lose control... normally on dry pavement.

  • mines a '97 AWD. not sure if i could do this

  • i have to fave this look like my truck

  • shit thats easy as hell but also i have a 97 5.0L rebuilt and puts out around 345 hp and i can do dounuts with out water , u just half 2 be careful because explorers flip easy.

  • godam okay!!! that shit was clean dawg u got bars

  • dood youve got balls i probly woulda flipped it

  • that is just clean dude ya got skills there i give ya that

  • How'd you get so much power out of it?

  • The stock 4.0L has a lot of torque, he's not beating on it too hard. I've done the same stuff in my old 91 sport 2wd 5spd.

  • yea but mine could never do that , it's the 94 EB. I'm just surprised it can do that with only 150hp.

  • Yours was an automatic though right ?

  • yup, just threw it in low 1

  • The Rain really helps

  • also once he got the momentum going..that helped..also...lol

  • thats good man.. keep it up!

  • O! They did this video at Sunset PArk in Greenville SC...

  • thats some good drifting son.

  • Nice! xD

  • priceless
