Thanks for making the video, sure some people are being ungrateful but at least you bothered to make it, and you know what? It was really helpful thanks.
you friken suck at teaching buddy. my average for a solve is 45 seconds( i know that isn't amazing, but i'm not a beginner for sure) , and i cant understand what your saying. completely useless.
@johnmorisi8 I have to agree with him if you can't understand this you are a beginner and the fact that you looked this up can mean either of two things 1. you use the beginners method and was looking for a better method (which I suspect) or you are like me and knew another method like fridrich and wanted to see a more detailed petrus tutorial which if you can master the fridrich method then you could understand this otherwise I wouldn't bother with this yet
I can solve a whole rubiks cube with the fridrich method, I know all the algorithms by heart, I don't do it as fast because I do need to think about it sometimes, but if I could understand that by just reading online, then this should be just as easy. In fact it was 8 months ago that I posted that comment, I ended up just finding a good written tutorial on the petrus method and now I can do it. This video is just horrible. Even looking at it now he doesn't describe it well.
Dude, the whole point is to drill it into memory. After the first time you should have gotten it, but after the 3rd time you should have been able to solve it BEFORE he explained it. That means you have a solid idea of it. Chill
seriously man cut your nails before making another video, thats just disgusting to see really.. but i appreciate the video and it has kinda helped me on the lars petrus method ;)

@johnmorisi8 To me, beginner is >30 seconds so please come back once you get faster. Thanks.

@MACProductioning
I have gotten lower than 30, i said average. Also, one can usually tell by the amount of "dislikes" on a video that they suck.
johnmorisi8 1 year ago
@MACProductioning you mean < (less than) 30 seconds..

are the good edges sopose to be like oriened or just get like 2 crosses
m3x1sk8er 3 years ago
If they are oriented, you should be able to form 2 crosses.
MACProductioning 3 years ago
not to be a nag but its very confusing :s I don't see why you do certain things... you don't explain :s seems much harder than the other method
branflake0 3 years ago 2
it's a lot harder but it's a lot faster

how can you tell if the edge is good or bad??
crazylollylover 3 years ago
Try solving the edge using only R and U moves and if it cannot be solved, then its bad.

I would recommend taking a red marker and colouring the red spots, so you dont confuse it with the white ones.
SonicPlush 3 years ago
Thats what I did, but the marker wore off.
MACProductioning 3 years ago
That sucks. How about trying some coloured tape?

roux is better
1andonlyeva 3 years ago
Gilles roux can solve faster than lars petrus =)
I use roux I like it more =)
Raawn 3 years ago
Yea roux ftw
but its helpfull to know the petrus method to
since the first two steps are block building
1andonlyeva 3 years ago
yea I'm tying to improve my blockbuilding by learning Petrus
Raawn 3 years ago
The blockbuilding in petrus is different than the blockbuilding in roux though.
MACProductioning 3 years ago
It still helps.
Anyways petrus and heise are good methods to learn if you like the intuitive stuff. WHich I do.
I have fun building blocks ( i know it sounds weird) lol
1andonlyeva 3 years ago
Yes Mac I know it is but learning about deep blocks might make my shallow block building easier.
Raawn 3 years ago
Ya, it should still help you indirectly.
