Guys dont listen to this bullcrap, IGN ruins the whole experience by doing this easy, unrealistic way of killing people. Take my tip: Go to options, turn on targeting mode expert, in this way you wont lock on to any target and your game experience will be a whole lot better. IGN doesnt know how to play an awesome game.

Expert = the player does the targeting, and no player is as good and awesome as John Marston. I play both modes and the game is equally great no matter what.

You can find new weapons and unlock them through leveling up. If your hanging out in free roam for most of the time like I always am then clearing out gang hideouts is the best way to gain exp. Also, there is a weapon chest in every gang hide out. For example, The Mauser Pistol is located in Twin Rocks. The Evans Repeater is located in Pike's Basin and so on. If you need any further help I suggest heading over to reddead.wikia.com

Use The Normal Aiming mode, when u lock u pull the right thumbstick a little up and u will always shoot headshots, in 1 legend i got 2 gold repeaters and 1 gold revolver ;)
