I think it is "intention" that determines whether it's Christian yoga or otherwise. Yoga is still yoga. I like to do kundalini yoga myself, but this one was nice too. Maybe it is better to focus on what eastern and western philosophies have in common rather than what separates us.

wow... how dangerous. Yogis will tell you that you cannot practice Yoga without Hinduism, and that they do not recomend Westerners to practice it b/c of the dangers it poses for the human mind and spirit. Why must we try so hard to look like Hinduism? i don't understand the attraction.

How does stretching and meditation on breathing worship christ? It says meditate on the Word, not your body, breathe, or the energy from the earth!! This is Kundalini, this opens the thrid eye! People have no Clue what yoga really is, an invitation for Kundalini spirits to enter your body and open the third eye. My cousin did yoga w.o. knowing and he was told he opened his Kundalini, he felt high for two days. You want good exercise, go running, stretch, but leave the meditation out.

@HinduFromheart I agree with you about hinduism and yoga. And it isn't Christianity that is stupid. It's the idea that Christians can perform yoga to Christ. Jesus said to be in the world, not of it. We are not be to unequally yoked to non believers. This is an example of that as well as proclaiming a false gospel, something which is to be common in the last days.

you need to realize not everything is good for you. Would you drink poison? no I dont think so. Its the same way with anything you want to do, would it please God or be harmful to me (as in leading you astray).
Yoga & karate come with eastern teachings, they are not of God. Im sure there may be some good stretches and toning in yoga. Karate may be fun and give some instruction on self defense, the teachings are demonic and you will deny Christ and be Judged and cast into the Lake of Fire.
